12 Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2022-04 of Calubian, Leyte – “ AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE LOCAL ANTI-CRIMINALITY ACTION PLAN FOR CRIME OF MURDER (LACAP C.Y. 2023-01 FOR MURDER) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALUBIAN, LEYTE.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated October 17, 2022.
13 Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 04 s. of 2022 of Abuyog, Leyte – “ AN ORDINANCE CREATING NEW PLANTILLA POSITIONS AND PROVIDE THE CORRESPONDING FUNDING FOR EACH CREATED POSITION AT THE ABUYOG COMMUNITY COLLEGE (ACC)” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITIONS by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated October 13, 2022.
14 Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 05 s. of 2022 of Abuyog, Leyte – “ AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE MODIFICATION OF POSITIONS/ITEMS IN THE MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE (MDRRMO), OF THIS MUNICIPAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN CONFORMITY WITH JOINT MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2014-1 OF THE NATIONAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT COUNCIL, DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT AND THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated October 13, 2022.
15 Presented for consideration is City Ordinance No. 05 s. of 2022 of Baybay City, Leyte – “ AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COUNCIL FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PWD) IN THE CITY OF BAYBAY AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated October 18, 2022.
16 Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 22-10 of Inopacan, Leyte – “ AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF INOPACAN TO COLLECT THE CORRESPONDING BARANGAY CLEARANCE FEE IN THE APPLICATION FOR ANY BUSINESS-RELATED TRANSACTIONS IN COMPLIANCE TO THE “ONE STOP SHOP” AND “EASE OF DOING BUSINESS” IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF INOPACAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated October 17, 2022.
17 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2022 of Tunga, Leyte amounting to Php2,543,536.93 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2 series of 2022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated October 18, 2022 , together with Supplemental Investment Program (AIP) No. 02 series 2022 in the amount of Php26,910,000.00.
18 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2022 of Leyte, Leyte amounting to Php13,207,264.22 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 002-22. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated October 18, 2022, together with 2022 Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 3 in the amount of Php13,208,683.58.
19 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2022 of Bato, Leyte amounting to Php17,727,232.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-002. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated October 18, 2022, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 02 CY 2022 in the amount of Php18,022,732.00.
20 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2022 of Hilongos, Leyte amounting to Php35,628,191.22 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-03-NS. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated October 21, 2022.
22 Presented for consideration is Municipal Resolution No. 2022-118 of Julita, Leyte – “A RESOLUTION FURNISHING THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF LEYTE OF THE OPINION OF THE BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE (BLGF), REGIONAL OFFICE VIII, IN RELATION TO MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2020-19 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JULITA, LEYTE AND REQUESTING FOR A RECONSIDERATION IN THE DECISION OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF LEYTE IN RETURNING THE SAID ORDINANCE FOR CORRECTIONS.”
