25 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 CY 2022 of Alangalang, Leyte amounting to Php21,201,601.09 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 series of 2022 v. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 10, 2022, together with First Revised Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2022 in the amount of Php312,459,741.17.
26 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 FY 2022 of Kananga, Leyte amounting to Php8,932,807.26 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 23L.22-013. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 10, 2022.
27 Presented for consideration is Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2022 of La Paz, Leyte amounting to Php4,962,374.63. With recommendation from the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 14, 2022 to RETURN said budget which needs an SB Resolution for the reversion of appropriations without prejudice to its resubmission once completed.
28 Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2022 of Babatngon, Leyte amounting to Php165,150,945.94 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 417. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 14, 2022, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) FY 2022 in the amount of Php4,229,362,143.94.
29 Presented for consideration is a NOTICE OF REFERRAL dated October 16, 2022 from Atty. Alma Alexandra L. Martirez, OIC Division Chief, Legal and Public Assistance Office, Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), Office of the President, referring the complaint dated May 30, 2022 from Maria Perlita Ong Finlay of Tunga, Leyte for appropriate action.
