01.           Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 04 Series of 2023 of MacArthur, Leyte entitled: “REVENUE CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MACARTHUR, LEYTE” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated September 29, 2023.

02.           Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 05 SERIES OF 2023 of MacArthur, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE REVISED FIRE PREVENTION CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MACARTHUR, LEYTE PRESCRIBING RULES AND REGULATIONS COVERING CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS TO LIFE AND PROPERTY FROM FIRE OR EXPLOSIVES PROVIDING FOR SERVICE FEES PENALTIES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated September 29, 2023.

03.           Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 14 SERIES OF 2023 of MacArthur, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BICYCLE LANES DESIGNATING ROADS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MACARTHUR, LEYTE AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated September 29, 2023.

04.           Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 17 SERIES OF 2023 of MacArthur, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE MUNICIPAL TOURISM OFFICE OF MACARTHUR, LEYTE AND ONE (1) PLANTILLA POSITION THEREOF.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated September 29, 2023.

05.           Presented for consideration is a letter dated October 2, 2023 from Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla submitting the proposed Executive Annual Budget FY 2024 of the Provincial Government of Leyte involving a total appropriations amounting to Php3,424,000,000.00.

06.           Presented for consideration is a copy of a Complaint Affidavit of Rolando D. Anzale against Homobono U. Bardillon relative to the Administrative Complaint filed by Mr. Anzale against Dagami Vice Mayor Bardillon per endorsement letter of Hon. Reposar dated October 5, 2023.
