COVID 19 ORDINANCE

  1.                       ORDINANCE NO. 2020-09, Series of 2020 entitled: “AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING MANDATORY WEARING OF FACE MASK AT ALL TIMES BY ALL INDIVIDUALS IN PUBLIC PLACES TO CONTAIN AND PREVENT FURTHER TRANSMISSION AND SPREAD OF COVID-19 WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE FOR THE DURATION OF THE STATE OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY AND FOR ANY EXTENSION THEREOF, PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFORE”  OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “PROVINCIAL MANDATORY WEARING OF FACE MASK ORDINANCE OF 2020.”
  1.                       PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 2020-06, Series 2020, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE DEADLINE FOR THE PAYMENT OF TAXES, FEES AND CHARGES OF ALL REAL PROPERTIES FROM MARCH 31, 2020 UP TO JUNE 30, 2020 WITHOUT INTEREST AND PENALTIES.”
  1.                      ORDINANCE NO. 2020-11, Series 2020, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING UNIFORM HOSPITAL CHARGES AND FEES ON VOLUNTARY APPLICATIONS FOR RAPID ANTIBODY TESTING AND POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION (PCR) TESTING FOR CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) OF PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS IN EASTERN VISAYAS.”
  1.                      ORDINANCE NO. 2020-04, entitled: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING PROTECTION TO CONSUMERS AND ENSURING ORDERLY AND EQUITABLE SALE BY BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS BY PRESCRIBING MEASURES TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY OF BASIC NECESSITIES AND PRIME COMMODITIES AT REASONABLE PRICES AT ALL TIMES DURING DECLARED EMERGENCY SITUATIONS, HEALTH EVENT OF PUBLIC CONCERN, STATE OF CALAMITY, AND LIKE OCCASSIONS IN THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE.”
  1.                      ORDINANCE NO. 2020-13, Series 2020, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING THE BALIK PROBINSIYA TASK FORCE OF LEYTE, AND PROVI9DING FUNDS FOR ITS COMPOSITION, FUNCTIONS, AND OTHER PURPOSES.”
  1.                      ORDINANCE NO. 2020-08, Series 2020, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON FROM COMMITING ANY ACT WHICH CAUSES STIGMA, DISGRACE, SHAME, HUMILIATION, HARASSMENT OR OTHERWISE DISCRIMINATING AGAINST A PERSON CONFIRMED TO HAVE OR HAVE HAD, PROBABLY AFFLICTED BY, OR SUSPECTED OF HAVING THE COVID-19 DISEASE, INCLUDING PUBLIC AND PRIVATE DOCTORS, NURSES, HEALTH WORKERS, EMERGENCY PERSONNEL AND VOLUNTEERS, SERVICE WORKERS WHOARE ASSIGNED TO HOSPITALS OR OTHER CENTERS WHERE THESE PERSONS ARE BEING TREATED, FRONTLINE WORKERS, AND IMPOSING THE APPROPRIATE PENALTIES THEREIN.” OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “ PROVINCIAL ANTI-COVID 19 DISCRIMINATION ORDINANCE OF 2020.”
  1.                      ORDINANCE NO. 2021-02, Series 2021, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, MODIFYING, AND REPEALING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 2020-15 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE UNIFORM COVID-19 INTEGRATED LEYTE PROTECTION HEALTH PROTOCOLS OR ILP HEALTH PROTOCOLS ORDINANCE, TO HARMONIZE SAID ORDINANCE WITH THE NATIONAL IATF RESOLUTION NO. 101 SERIES OF 2021 ON TRAVEL PROTOCOLS FOR LAND, AIR, AND SEA, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”
  1.                      ORDINANCE NO. 2020-15, Series 2020, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE MANDATING OBSERVANCE OF THE REVISED COVID-19 INTEGRATED LEYTE PROTECTION HEALTH PROTOCOLS, AS UPDATED AND APPROVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN, AND PROVIDING FOR A FIXED MANDATORY CRITERIA FOR RELEASING COVID-19 POSITIVE PATIENTS FROM ISOLATION IN THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”
  1.                      ORDINANCE NO. 2020-16, entitled: “MANDATING ALL COMPONENT LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS OF THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE TO ESTABLISH A NETWORK OF BICYCLE LANES AND IMPROVED PEDESTRIAN WALKWAYS TO SUPPORT PEOPLE’S MOBILITY IN THE NEW NORMAL AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES OR OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “ THE LEYTE PROVINCIAL LANES ORDINANCE.”
  2.                      PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 2020-03 Series of 2020, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING LEGAL BASIS FOR THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AS WELL AS THE SANGGUNIANG BAYANS AND PANGLUNGSODS WITHIN THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO CONDUCT AND ENABLE PARTICIPATION IN LEGISLATIVE SESSIONS THROUGH NON-TRADITIONAL MEANS SUCH AS E-SESSIONS OR REMOTE COMMUNICATION MEETINGS AND TO WAIVE THE 24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIREMENT UNDER RULE III, SECTION 1 (b) (b.1) OF THE REVISED INTERNAL RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE,”
  3.                       PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 2020-05 Series of 2020, entitled: AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS, GOVERNMENT OFFICES, BARANGAYS, HOSPITALS, SCHOOLS, PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TERMINALS, AND ALL OTHER INSTITUTIONS AND OFFICES TO ADOPT AND IMPLEMENT SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL DISTANCING AND OTHER PERSONAL PROTECTIVE AND PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES TO PREVENT AND CONTAIN TRANSMISSION OF CORONAVIRUS DISEASE IN THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

  4.                      PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 2020-10, entitled: AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DISSEMINATION OF FALSE, ALTERED OR MANIPULATED INFORMATION OR STATEMENTS AND ONLINE SCAMS, PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”
  5.                      PROVINACIAL ORDINANCE NO. 2020-12, entitled: AN ORDINANCE MANDATING THE REGISTRATION, DISCLOSURE, REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL HEALTH PROTOCOLS AND PROCEDURES BY ALL INDIVIDUALS ARRIVING IN LEYTE FROM TRAVEL ORIGIN OR PLACE OF TRANSIT WITH REPORTED INCIDENT OF COVID-19 INFECTION FOR CONTACT TRACING, SURVEILLANCE AND RESPONSE, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”
