08 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 4 CY 2022 of Hilongos, Leyte amounting to Php17,628,110.16 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-05-NS. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 4, 2022.
09 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2022 of Tabango, Leyte amounting to Php3,545,709.80 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-02. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 10, 2022, together with Revised Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 2 CY 2022 in the amount of Php296,600,960.85.
10 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2022 of Matag-ob, Leyte amounting to Php27,590,709.95 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 series of 2022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 7, 2022, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2022 amounting to Php27,590,709.95.
11 Presented for consideration is a copy furnished letter dated September 16, 2022 from Atty. Rodolfo John Robert C. Palattao IV, Undersecretary, Presidential Management Staff, referring to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) SP Resolution No. 2022-403 dated August 9, 2022 relative to the request for issuance of a joint memorandum allowing LGUs to do anticipatory actions prior to disaster impact and utilize their Quick Response Fund for the purpose.
12 Presented for consideration is a letter dated September 6, 2022 from Clemencia A. Cabugayan, Assistant Secretary, Presidential Management Staff, acknowledging receipt of Resolution No. 2022-402 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Leyte.
13 Presented for consideration is a letter dated September 6, 2022 from Clemencia A. Cabugayan, Assistant Secretary, Presidential Management Staff, acknowledging receipt of Resolution No. 2022-403 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Leyte.
14 Presented for consideration is a letter dated November 10, 2022 from Provincial Administrator Corazon M. Alvero requesting for a Resolution authorizing the acting Provincial Treasurer to enter into a Payment Facility Agreement with UBX Philippines Corp. and other agreements connected thereto in behalf of the Province of Leyte.
15 Presented for consideration is Indorsement IC-OVT-21-0034 from the Office of the Ombudsman (Visayas) relative to Complaint of Catalina C. Panugan vs. Gilbert S. Ponce et al. which was earlier referred to this Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
16 Presented for consideration is a letter dated November 10, 2022 from Atty. Jose Raymund A. Acol, Asst. Provincial Legal Officer, in response to the request for legal opinion relative to the SP Committee of Rules, Laws and Privileges report in reference to SB Res. No. 2022-10A of MacArthur, Leyte.
