01. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2022-03 series of 2022 of Sta. Fe, Leyte entitled -“AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A MUNICIPAL GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT CODE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” RECOMMENDED for the declaration of VALIDITY pursuant to Sec. 56 (c) of RA 7160 per 2nd Indorsement of the Provincial Legal Office dated April 3, 2023.
02. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 428 of Babatngon, Leyte entitled -“REVISED REVENUE CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BABATNGON, LEYTE, FISCAL YEAR 2023.” With COMMENTS from the Provincial Legal Office dated March 27, 2023 detailing several requirements under the law prior to validation of above ordinance.
03. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2022-11 of Hindang, Leyte entitled -“AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF A FUNCTIONAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT IN HEALTH (DRRM-H) SYSTEM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINDANG, LEYTE.” RECOMMENDED for the declaration of VALIDITY pursuant to Sec. 56 (c) of RA 7160 per 2nd Indorsement of the Provincial Legal Office dated April 4, 2023.

Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2022-12 of Hindang, Leyte entitled -“ADOPTING PINGGANG PINOY: A MEAL GUIDE TO FILIPINO ADULTS FOR HEALTHIER INHABITANTS” RECOMMENDED for the declaration of VALIDITY pursuant to Sec. 56 (c) of RA 7160 per 2nd Indorsement of the Provincial Legal Office dated April 4, 2023.
05. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2022-13 of Hindang, Leyte entitled -“AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING AMENDMENTS AND EXPANDING THE EXISTING ARTICLES AND SOME PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 01 SERIES OF C.Y. 2014, “AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINDANG, LEYTE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” RECOMMENDED for the declaration of VALIDITY pursuant to Sec. 56 (c) of RA 7160 per 2nd Indorsement of the Provincial Legal Office dated April 4, 2023.

Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 01 Series of 2023 of Matalom, Leyte entitled -“AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING RENTAL FEES FOR THE USE OF COMMERCIAL SPACES IN THE NEWLY-RENOVATED ANTIPOLO BUILDING LOCATED AT THE PUBLIC MARKET, MATALOM, LEYTE.” RECOMMENDED for the declaration of VALIDITY with CONDITION pursuant to Sec. 56 (c) of RA 7160 per 2nd Indorsement of the Provincial Legal Office dated March 31, 2023.
07. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 02 Series of 2023 of Matalom, Leyte entitled -“AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF A MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT HEAD II (LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICER) – SG 23, PRESCRIBING ITS FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF.” RECOMMENDED for the declaration of VALIDITY with CONDITION pursuant to Sec. 56 (c) of RA 7160 per 2nd Indorsement of the Provincial Legal Office dated March 31, 2023.
08. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 08 Series of 2022 of Matalom, Leyte entitled -“AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE MATALOM COMMUNITY HOSPITAL AS LOCAL ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATALOM, LEYTE.” RECOMMENDED for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITIONS pursuant to Sec. 56 (c) of RA 7160 per 2nd Indorsement of the Provincial Legal Office dated March 31, 2023.
10. Presented for consideration is a copy of the letter dated April 5, 2023 addressed to Gov. Carlos Jericho L. Petilla from Cheryl T. Sypaco, State Auditor V, Supervising Auditor, COA, Re: Management Letter on the Compliance Audit on the Utilization of the 20% Development Fund of the Province of Leyte for the period from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
11. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of CENTRAL LIBERATION EAGLES CLUB (CLEC), INC. of Zone 6, San Joaquin, Palo, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.
12. Presented for consideration is a letter dated April 18, 2023 from Hon. Raissa J. Villasin requesting enactment of a resolution entitled “A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE HEALTH PROMOTION FRAMEWORK STRATEGY 2030 IN THE PROVINCIAL HEALTH SYSTEM OF LEYTE”. This request is from the Provincial Health Office to complement the implementation of Universal Health Care Law.
13. Presented for consideration is a copy of a Verified Answer from Respondent Ramon C. Oñate in the case for Violation of Republic Act No. 3019 filed by Complainant Mesias P. Arevalo Sr.
15. Presented for consideration are REQUESTS FOR POSTING of NOTICES from the National Water Resources Board of the DENR relative to applications dated February 6, 2023, January 23, 2023, January 20, 2023, January 19, 2023, and January 17, 2023.
