P-63797 AND TAX DECLARATION NO. 08-11014-00347 WITH PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION NO. 044-11-014-03-019, DECLARED IN THE NAME OF SPS. VIRGILIO A. QUIMPAN & LUVIMIN U. QUIMPAN, LOCATED IN BRGY. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2023-05 of Calubian, Leyte entitled -“AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING THE UTILIZATION OF THE PHILHEALTH TB-DOTS BENEFIT PACKAGE RECEIPTS AND ACCRUING TO THE TRUST FUND OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT (LGU) OF CALUBIAN, LEYTE.” RECOMMENDED for the declaration of VALIDITY pursuant to Sec. 56 (c) of RA 7160 per 2nd Indorsement of the Provincial Legal Office dated April 19, 2023.
14. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2023-06 of Calubian, Leyte entitled -“AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CALUBIAN SUPER HEALTH CENTER LOCATED AT BRGY. VILLALON, CALUBIAN, LEYTE WHICH IS FUNDED UNDER THE HEALTH FACILITIES ENHANCEMENT PROJECTS (HFEP) FOR C.Y. 2023 OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (DOH) IN THE AMOUNT OF TWELVE MILLION PESOS (P 12 MILLION). RECOMMENDED for the declaration of VALIDITY pursuant to Sec. 56 (c) of RA 7160 per 2nd Indorsement of the Provincial Legal Office dated April 19, 2023.
15. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 20 s. 2022-2025 of Villaba, Leyte entitled -“AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE CREATION OF THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITY AFFAIRS OFFICE (PDAO) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VILLABA, LEYTE.” With Comments and information from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 14, 2023, that said ordinance be supported with the “DBM confirmation” and so far as the general provision of the GAA is concerned, the Provincial Legal Office is of the opinion that the same applies only to National Government Agencies/Officies.

Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 474-060323 of Palompon, Leyte entitled -“AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE POSITION TITLE OF MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT HEAD I (LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICER V) TO MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT HEAD I (LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICER).” RECOMMENDED for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION pursuant to Sec. 56 (c) of RA 7160 per 2nd Indorsement of the Provincial Legal Office dated April 19, 2023.
17. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2023 of Hindang, Leyte amounting to Php3,953,287.77 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-01. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 25, 2023.
18. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2023 of Jaro, Leyte amounting to Php264,857,924.41 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 S.2023. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 26, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2023 of the same amount.
19. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2023 of Julita, Leyte amounting to Php100,002,116.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-34. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 26, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2023 in the amount of Php950,000,000.00.
