                            Presented for consideration are  ORGANIZATIONS/ASSOCIATIONS REQUESTING FOR ACCREDITATION AS NON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS/ASSOCIATIONS IN THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO WIT:

01.                       LINGGANAY OFWs AND BENEFICIARIES ASSOCIATION (LOBA) of Brgy. Cavite, Alangalang, Leyte and

02.                       PASTRANA TRANSPORT COOPERATIVE (PATRANSCO) of Brgy. Guindapunan, Pastrana, Leyte.

03.                       Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget CY 2023 of Matalom, Leyte amounting to Php174,277,533.00 under   Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, S.2022.  Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated May 4, 2023, together with  its Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2023 in the amount of Php2,205,489,271.81.

04.                       Presented for consideration is a letter dated April 24, 2023 from ALLAN L. LANIBA, MPA, MM, General Manager  of LEYECO III, requesting endorsement or manifestation of support for the FRANCHISE RENEWAL OF LEYTE III ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE ( LEYECO III).

05.                       Presented for consideration are REQUESTS FOR POSTING of NOTICES from the National Water Resources Board of the DENR relative to the following  applications, to wit: Sabin Resort and Development Corp. located at Brgy. Bantigue, Ormoc City, Leyte dated January 24, 2023;   Aquajo Water Refilling Station c/o Sylvia Obina located at Brgy. 1 Poblacion, Jaro, Leyte dated January 24, 2023; P. Larrazabal & Sons Enterprises Inc.-Hotel Don Felipe, dated February 02, 2023;  and Barangay Pansud, La Paz, Leyte located at Pansud, La Paz, Leyte dated February 2, 2023.

06.                       Presented for consideration is Mun. Ordinance No. 2023-04 of Julita, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITY AFFAIRS OFFICE (PDAO) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JULITA, LEYTE.” With comments/recommendation from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 24, 2023, THAT instead of a creation of PDAO Office, a “Focal Person” be designated considering that the LGU  is a fifth (5th) class municipality.

07.                       Presented for consideration is Mun. Ordinance No. 2023-05 of Julita, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE MUNICIPAL TOURISM OFFICE (MTO) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JULITA, LEYTE.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 24, 2023.

08.                       Presented for consideration is Mun. Ordinance No. 2023-06 of Julita, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT PROMOTION OFFICE (LEDIPO) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JULITA, LEYTE.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 24, 2023.

09.                       Presented for consideration is Mun. Ordinance No. 26, S-2023-2025 of Villaba, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE CREATING A PLANTILLA POSITION OF SANITATION INSPECTOR VI, SALARY GRADE 18, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VILLABA, AND PROVIDING FUND THEREOF.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 4, 2023.

10.                       Presented for consideration is Mun. Ordinance No. 27, S-2023-2025 of Villaba, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE CREATING A PLANTILLA POSITION OF NURSE I, SALARY GRADE 15, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VILLABA AND PROVIDING FUND THEREOF.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 4, 2023.

Ordinance No. 28, S-2023-2025 of Villaba, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE CREATING A PLANTILLA POSITION OF MIDWIFE I, SALARY GRADE 9, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VILLABA AND PROVIDING FUND THEREOF.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 4, 2023.

12.                       Presented for consideration is Mun. Ordinance No. 29, S-2023-2025 of Villaba, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE CREATING A PLANTILLA POSITION OF NURSE III, SALARY GRADE 17, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VILLABA AND PROVIDING FUND THEREOF.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 4, 2023.

13.                       Presented for consideration is  Ordinance No. 23-08 of Inopacan Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 20-14, SERIES OF 2020, ENTITLED, “AN ORDINANCE INTEGRATING AND HARMONIZING ALL PERTINENT ORDINANCES RELATING TO FISHERIES AND PROTECTION OF THE PRINCIPAL WATERS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF INOPACAN, LEYTE” AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 25, 2023.

14.                       Presented for consideration is  Ordinance No. 23-09 of Inopacan Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 23-06, SERIES OF 2023, ENTITLED, “AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING REGULATORY FEE FOR VISITING TOURIST BOUND FOR APID, MAHABA AND DIGYO ISLETS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF INOPACAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 25, 2023.
