03.                       Presented for consideration is Mun. Ordinance No. 2022-143 of Carigara, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE MANDATING THE BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS OPERATING WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF CARIGARA TO INSTALL A CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) SYSTEM AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 9, 2023.

Ordinance No. 2023-152 of Carigara, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE BUSINESS PERMIT AND LICENSING SYSTEM |(BPLS) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 9, 2023.
 
05.                       Presented for consideration is Mun. Ordinance No. 2023-153 of Carigara, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING FOR THE ALLOCATION OF AT LEAST TEN PERCENT (10%) OF THE TOTAL PROCUREMENT VALUE FOR LOCALLY-PRODUCED GOODS AND SERVICES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF CARIGARA, LEYTE, NGAs, RLAs, AND THEIR MANDATORY PROMOTION THEREOF.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 9, 2023.

Ordinance No. 2023-122 of Mayorga, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL SEAL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAYORGA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, PRESCRIBING THE USE AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR UNOFFICIAL/UNAUTHORIZED USE THEREOF.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 9, 2023.
 
07.                       Presented for consideration is Mun. Ordinance No. 2023-123 of Mayorga, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE NEW OFFICIAL SEAL OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF MAYORGA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, PRESCRIBING THE USE AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR UNOFFICIAL/UNAUTHORIZED USE THEREOF.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 9, 2023.
 
08.                       Presented for consideration is Mun. Ordinance No. 156 of Matag-ob, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE AND OWNERSHIP OF CHAINSAW AND HANDSAW, IMPOSING FEES AND CHARGES THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 9, 2023.
 
09.                       Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget CY 2023 of Abuyog, Leyte amounting to Php375,857,774.00 under   Appropriation Ordinance No. 04, Series 2022.  Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated May 11, 2023, together with  Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2023  of the same amount .
 
10.                       Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget CY 2023 of Dagami, Leyte amounting to Php170,860,012.20 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, S 2023. , together with Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for CY 2023 in the amount of Php221,173,007.29.

11.                       Presented for consideration is a letter dated May 8, 2023 from Carlito G. Galvez, Jr., Senior Undersecretary/Officer-in-Charge, Dept. of National Defense, expressing his appreciation for congratulations on his appointment as New Secretary of the Department of National Defense.

12.                       Presented for consideration is a letter dated May 19, 2023 from Vincent S. Calanoga, Police Brigadier General, Acting Regional Director, PNP Reg. Office 8, in response to SP Resolution No. 2023-139.

13.                       Presented for consideration is a letter dated May 23, 2023 from the Hon. Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla transmitting the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2023 of the Provincial Government of Leyte in the amount of Php60,853,492.91.
