01. Presented for consideration is a copy of a Joint Formal Offer of Exhibits from the Energy Regulatory Commission relative to the Application for Approval of the Emergency Power Supply Agreement between Energy Development Corp. and Don Orestes Romualdez Electric Cooperative Inc. (DORELCO) with Motion for Confidential Treatment of Information, (ERC CASE NO. 2024-008 RC).
02. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Matalom, Leyte amounting to Php191,955,841.00 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 Series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 23, 2024 together with the Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 amounting to Php 2,946,553,144.78.
03. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2024 of Palo, Leyte amounting to Php27,601,857,91 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-01. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated May 22, 2024.
04. Presented for consideration is a request for ACCREDITATION of DAWAHON SEAWEED FARMERS ASSOCIATION (Da SeaFA) of Barangay Dawahon Island, Bato, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.
05. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024-02 of Palo, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR TO INITIATE EXPROPRIATION PROCEEDINGS OVER A PARCEL OF LAND, AND ITS IMPROVEMENTS, TO BE UTILIZED AND CONSTRUCTED WITH AN ANNEX MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN BRGY. LUNTAD, THIS MUNICIPALITY.” Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 30, 2024.
06. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 24-04 series of 2024 of Burauen, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE DECLARING BURABURON FESTIVAL AS THE OFFICIAL FESTIVAL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BURAUEN, LEYTE” Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 30, 2024.
07. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024-07 of Burauen, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BORROWING OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BURAUEN FROM THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES FOR A TERM IN THE AMOUNT OF FORTY-EIGHT MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php48,700,000.00), AND HEREBY AUTHORIZING THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE, HON. JUANITO E. RENOMERON, TO ENTER INTO THE LOAN AGREEMENT WITH THE SAID BANK AND TO SIGN OTHER DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR THIS PURPOSE.” Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 30, 2024.
08. Presented for consideration is City Ordinance No. 01, SERIES. 2024 of Baybay City, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE NUTRITION PROGRAM OF BAYBAY CITY, LEYTE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES” Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 30, 2024.
