01.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024-08 of Julita, Leyte entitled “ An Ordinance Adopting a Modified Salary Scheduled by Adopting  a Seventy-Five Percent (75%) of the Authorized Salary Scheduled for National Government Agencies (NGA’s) as Prescribed in Section 3 and Authorized in Section 4 of Executive Order No. 64, dated August 2, 2024 entitled “Updating the Salary Schedule for Civilian Government Personnel and Authorizing the Grant of an Additional Allowance and for other Purposes” intended for Non-Public Health Workers and further Adopts the Salary Rates Authorized for Personnel of Special Cities/First Class Provinces and Cities (Annex A-1 LBC160 dated August 12, 2024)” for Public Health Workers (PHW) of the Rural health Unit of theis Local Government Unit. Further review of the subject ordinance is recommended by the Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd Indorsement dated September 30, 2024.

02.               Presented for consideration is Resolution No. 2024-165 Series of 2024 of Tabango, Leyte, entitled: ”A RESOLUTION REQUESTING CLARIFICATION/OPINION FROM THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF LEYTE ON THE LEGALITY OF THE REVERSION OF FUNDS DERIVED FROM THE PERSONAL SERVICES FROM JULY TO DECEMBER 2024 IN WHICH THE REVERSION WAS EARLIER THAN DECEMBER 2024”.

03.               Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 102-24 of Leyte, Leyte entitled “ The Dengue Disease Control Ordinance of the Municipality of Leyte.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd Indorsement dated September 30, 2024.

04.               Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 103-24 of Leyte, Leyte entitled “An Ordinance Mandating Business Operating Within The Territorial Jurisdiction Of Leyte, Leyte To Secure A Philippine National Polilce (PNP) Certificate Of Conformity or a Certificate of Distribution Before Manufacturing, Selling, Using, or Distributing PNP Uniform, Insignias and Other Accoutrements and Prescribing Penalties for Violation Thereof ” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated September 30, 2024.

05.               Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 12 series 2024 of Baybay City, Leyte entitled “An Ordinance Expressly Repealing Baybay City Ordinance No. 5 Series 2019, Prohibiting, Disallowing Motorcycle Drivers and Backriders, The Use and Wearing Of Helmets, Bonnets and Masks to Cover and Hide the Face and Identities.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated September 30, 2024.

06.               Presented for consideration is a furnished copy of the Joint Application (with Prayer for Provisional Authority or Interim Relief and Motion for Confidential Treatment of Information) for the Approval of the Power Supply Agreement Lot 2 Between Therma Luzon, Inc., (TLI) and Don Orestes Romualdez Electric Cooperative, Inc. (DORELCO), with Prayer for Provisional Authority or Interim Relief and Motion for Confidential Treatment of Information from DORELCO with a request for a certification of receipt of said documents.

07.               Presented for consideration is a furnished copy of the Joint Application (with Prayer for Provisional Authority or Interim Relief and Motion for Confidential Treatment of Information) for the Approval of the Power Supply Agreement Lot 1 Between Therma Luzon, Inc., (TLI) and Don Orestes Romualdez Electric Cooperative, Inc. (DORELCO), with Prayer for Provisional Authority or Interim Relief and Motion for Confidential Treatment of Information from DORELCO with a request for a certification of receipt of said documents.

08.               Presented for consideration is a furnished copy copy of the  Joint Application for the Approval of the Power Supply Agreement Lot 1 Between Therma Luzon, Inc. (TLI) and Leyte III Electric Cooperative Inc., (LEYECO III), with prayer for Provisional Authority or Interim Relief and Motion for Confidential Treatment of Information from LEYECO III with a with a request for a certification of receipt of said documents.

09.               Presented for consideration is a furnished copy of the  Joint Application for the Approval of the Power Supply Agreement (Lot 1)  Between Therma Luzon, Inc. (TLI) and Leyte IV Electric Cooperative Inc., (LEYECO IV), with Prayer for Provisional Authority or Interim Relief and Motion for Confidential Treatment of Information from LEYECO IV with a request for a certification of receipt of said documents.

10.               Presented for consideration is a furnished copy of the Joint Application (with Prayer for Provisional Authority or Interim Relief and Motion for Confidential Treatment of Information) for the Approval of the Power Supply Agreement Lot 1 Between Therma Luzon, Inc., (TLI) and Leyte V Electric Cooperative, Inc. 12.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2024 of Mayorga, Leyte in the amount of Php2,360,602.74 under  Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 S. 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated October 1, 2024, together with Supplemental  Annual Investment Plan (SIP) FY 2024 in the same amount.
