01. Presented for consideration is Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, Series of 2025, entitled: “AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01, SERIES OF 2025, INVOLVING AN AMOUNT OF FIFTEEN MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND, SIXTY PESOS AND FIFTY-SIX CENTAVOS (Php 15,596,060.56) FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VARIOUS PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND ACTIVITIES (PPAS) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MERIDA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE.”

02. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2025 of Hilongos, Leyte in the amount of Php28,423,597.02 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-14. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated October 17, 2025, together with CY 2025 Supplemental Investment Program No. 02 of Hilongos, Leyte in the amount of Php11,000,000.00.

03. Presented for consideration is a letter dated October 9, 2025 from Matag-ob Municipal Mayor Bernandino G. Tacoy seeking the intercession of the August body to invite and encourage the DENR Reg, VIII Technical Team to formally present the results of the re-conducted Protected Area Suitability Assessment (PASA) before the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Leyte.

04. Presented for consideration is a letter dated October 9, 2025 from Palompon Municipal Mayor Mary Dominique A. Oñate seeking assistance to invite the DENR Region VIII Technical Team in charge of the re-conducted Protected Area Suitability Assessment (Re-PASA) to formally present the results before the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Leyte.

05. Presented for consideration is a letter dated October 9, 2025 from VILLABA Municipal Mayor ENGR. CARLOS G. VELOSO seeking assistance to invite the DENR Region VIII Technical Team in charge of the re-conducted Protected Area Suitability Assessment (Re-PASA) to formally present the results before the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Leyte.

06. Presented for consideration is a letter dated October 27, 2025 from Hon. Board Member Alan P. Ang relative to the environmental situation of the Municipality of San Isidro, Leyte and also hoping for support on possible steps that may address the environmental issues confronting the municipality.
