01. Election of the Officers and Committee Chairpersons of the Sanguniang Panlalawigan of Leyte.

02. Presented for consideration is a letter dated July 2, 2025 from Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla forwarding the appointment of Ms. Corazon M. Alvero as Provincial Administrator, Provincial Government Department Head in a Co-Terminous capacity for concurrence.

03. Presented for consideration is a letter dated July 2, 2025 from Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla forwarding the appointment of Atty. Jose Raymund A. Acol as Provincial Legal Officer, Provincial Government Department Head in a Co-Terminous capacity for concurrence.

04. Presented for consideration is a letter dated June 25, 2025 from Corazon M. Alvero, Provincial Administrator, relative to the information that the Province of Leyte is considered for the possible funding CLIP DILG -Administered Package Assistance for the construction of a Halfway House. In this regard an SP Resolution specifically stating “the Province’s commitment to manage and maintain the proposed Halfway House,” is necessary.

05. Presented for consideration is a letter dated July 1, 2025 from the Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla requesting the August body for amendment of Provincial Ordinance No. 2024-01 entitled: “An Ordinance Levying Fees and Charges for the Use of Facilities and Equipment owned by the Provincial Government of Leyte Series of 2024.”

05. Presented for consideration is a letter dated July 11, 2025 from Engr. Alex D. Jimenez, Environmental Management Bureau, DENR Reg.VIII, addressed to Atty. Carlo P. Loreto, providing information and clarification regarding an ongoing activity involving the transfer and treatment of medical wastes originating from Mandaue City, Cebu to the Province of Leyte
