ITEM NO.                     SUBJECT
01.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2023 amounting to Php19,103,324.92 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2023, together with 2nd Revised Annual Investment Program (RAIP) for CY 2023 in the amount of Php258,159,121.44 of Alangalang, Leyte, with the information that the said budget reveals compliance to RA 7160 and its IRR except on creation of optional positions which requires compliance to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 12 series of 2022, per Local Finance Committee review letter dated December 7, 2023.

02.            Presented for consideration is the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and Zoning Ordinance (ZO) of Capoocan, Leyte for CY 2018-2028 with copy of Provincial Land Use Committee (PLUC) Resolution No. 2023-02, series of 2023 endorsing the above CLUP and ZO of Capoocan, with the information that said endorsement is subject to compliance of the COMMENTS and RECOMMENDATIONS of the PLUC by the LGU concerned.

03.            Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 7 CY 2023 of the Provincial Government of Leyte involving the amount of Forty one Million One Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (Php41,135,000.00).

04.            Presented for consideration is the letter from the chairperson of the Com. On Laws, Rules & Privileges of the SP of Baybay City in reply to SP Resolution No. 2023-442 dated September 19, 2023, returning to the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Baybay City General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 CY 2023.
