01.            Presented for consideration is an email from Saira P. Ferrer, Government Relations and Placement Team, Teach for the Philippines. Org., forwarding the Teach for the Philippines Intro Slides for the presentation on March 19 by the said organization.

02.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Tanauan, Leyte amounting to Php239,280,732.00 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-17. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated March 11, 2024, together with Annual Investment Plan (AIP) FY 2024 of the same amount.

03.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget CY 2024 of the City of Baybay, Leyte amounting to Php1,384,801,399.00 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, S-2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated March 13, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) FY 2024 of the same amount.

04.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 4 CY 2023 of Dulag, Leyte amounting to Php5,885,000.00 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-V. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated March 11, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program No. 04 in the amount of Php10,875,827.87.

05.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 5 CY 2023 of Hilongos, Leyte amounting to Php4,584,000.00 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-25. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated March 12, 2024.

06.            Presented for consideration is a letter to the Honorable Vice Governor Leonardo M. Javier, Jr. from Engr. Jannie Ann Javier-Dayandayan, CPA, Gen. Manager, Leyte V Electric Cooperative, Inc. furnishing a copy of the Order and Notice of Virtual Hearing relative to ERC Case No. 2023-116 RC on the application for approval of the Emergency Power Supply agreement between KEPCO SPC Power Corp. and Leyte V Electric Cooperative, Inc. with Motion for Confidential Treatment of information and with a request for posting of said Order and Notice of Virtual Hearing in the Provincial Bulletin board of the SP Office and a certification of Posting from the SP office.

07.            Presented for consideration is a letter to the Honorable Vice Governor Leonardo M. Javier, Jr. from Andy T. Durog, Head, Energy Development Corp., Unified Leyte Geothermal Power Plant furnishing a copy of the Order and Notice of Virtual Hearing relative to ERC Case No. 2024-008 RC on the Application for approval of the Emergency Power Supply agreement between Energy Development Corp. and Don Orestes Romualdez Electric Cooperative Inc., with Motion for Confidential Treatment of information and with a request for posting of said Order and Notice of Virtual Hearing in the Provincial Bulletin board of the SP Office and a certification of Posting from the SP office.

08.            Presented for consideration is a letter to the Honorable Vice Governor Leonardo M. Javier, Jr. from Andy T. 09.            Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 457 of Babatngon, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF A FUNCTIONAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT IN HEALTH (DRRM-H) SYSTEM IN THE PROVINCE-WIDE HEALTH SYSTEMS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BABATNGON, LEYTE.” Same is recommended for VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated March 13, 2024.

10.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ord. No. 2023-21 of Alangalang, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE PINTAYO COMPETITION OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF ALANGALANG, PROVIDING MECHANISMS, AND ALLOCATING FUNDS THEREFOR”. Same is recommended for VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated March 13, 2024.

11.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ord. No. 2023-22 of Alangalang, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE OFFICIAL LOGO OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF ALANGALANG, LEYTE”. Same is recommended for VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated March 13, 2024.

12.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ord. No. 2023-23 of Alangalang, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE EXPANDED BENEFITS OF THE PANTAWID PAMILYANG PILIPINO PROGRAM (4Ps) BENEFICIARIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALANGALANG, LEYTE.” Same is recommended for VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated March 13, 2024.

13.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ord. No. 2024-01 of Alangalang, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND/OR THE PRESIDING OFFICER OF THE SANGGUNIAN TO USE SAVINGS FOR AUGMENTATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991”. Same is recommended for VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated March 13, 2024.

14.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ord. No. 166 Series 2023 of Matag-ob, Leyte entitled: “REVENUE CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATAG-OB, LEYTE”.- with comments and recommendations from the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated March 13, 2024; THAT the Tax impositions on above Revenue Code be thoroughly reviewed and the SB submit its prior revenue code to justify increased rates.
