01. Presented for consideration is a letter dated June 19, 2024 from Provincial Administrator Corazon M. Alvero forwarding the letter from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas inviting the Provincial Government of Leyte to adopt the Paleng-QR Ph Plus program through issuance of a provincial ordinance encouraging the different LGUs in the province to implement the JMC (Joint Memorandum Circular No. 01 series of 2022).

02. Presented for consideration is a letter to the Honorable Vice Governor Leonardo M. Javier, Jr. from Atty. Jannie Ann J. Dayandayan, CPA, General Manager, Leyte V Electric Cooperative, Inc., furnishing copy of the JOINT APPLICATION relative to the Joint Application for Approval of the Power Supply Agreement (PSA) between Leyte V Electric Cooperative (LEYECO V) and KEPCO SPC POWER CORP. (KSPC), with Prayer for Confidential Treatment of Information and Motion for Provisional Authority, With a request for issuance of three original copies of certification attesting that the Sangguniang of Leyte was duly served a copy of said Application.

03. Presented for consideration is a letter to the Honorable Vice Governor Leonardo M. Javier, Jr. from Atty. Jannie Ann J. Dayandayan, CPA, General Manager, Leyte V Electric Cooperative, Inc., furnishing copy of the Joint Application relative to the Joint Application for Approval of the Emergency Power Supply Agreement (PSA) between Leyte V Electric Cooperative (LEYECO V) and FDC Misamis Power Corp. (FDCMPC), with Prayer for Provisional Authority Confidential Treatment of Information and Motion for Provisional Authority and Confidential Treatment of Information, With a request for issuance of three original copies of certification attesting that the Sangguniang of Leyte was duly served a copy of said Application.

04. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2024 of Villaba, Leyte amounting to Php10,947,500.00 under Appropriation Ord. No. 02, S. 2024-25. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated June 14, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 2 CY 2024 of the same amount.

05. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2024 of Hilongos, Leyte amounting to Php61,312,240.30 under Appropriation Ord. No. 2024-05. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated June 18, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 01 CY 2024 in the amount of Php530,700,000.00.

06. Presented for consideration and appropriate action is a letter dated June 5, 2024 from Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla endorsing mandatory positions for creation per CSC-MC No. 12, s. 2022 and the Department of Budget and Management Circulars.

07. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024-01 of Palo, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE NEW ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND STAFFING PATTERN OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF PALO, LEYTE AND CREATING, ESTABLISHING AND INSTITUTIONALIZING DEPARTMENTS, OFFICES, SECTIONS, UNITS AND THE CORRESPONDING POSITIONS THEREIN.” Same is recommended for VALIDITY by the
Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 30, 2024.
