01 Presented for consideration is a request for ACCREDITATION of SAMAHANG BBM SA PAGBABAGO WORLDWIDE MOVEMENT (SBPWM) AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVE of Poblacion, Tabango, Leyte, Region VIII (Eastern Visayas) with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization/association.
02 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 04 FY 2022 of Barugo, Leyte amounting to Php2,343,750.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 18, S.2022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 19, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2022 in the amount of Php549,046,035.00 of the said municipality.
03 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 05 FY 2022 of Barugo, Leyte amounting to Php2,508,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 19, S. 2022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 19, 2023, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 04 CY 2022 in the amount of Php17,858,000.00.
04 Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2022-09 of Palo, Leyte entitled– “MUNICIPAL TAX AND REVENUE CODE OF 2022 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALO, PROVINCE OF LEYTE.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 19, 2023.
05 Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2022-11 of Tanauan, Leyte – “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE “FREE ACCESS TO MEDICINE (FAMed) PROGRAM” IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAUAN, LEYTE; PROVIDING GUIDELINES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 19, 2023.
06 Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2022-10 of Calubian, Leyte – “AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING FORCED EVACUATION AS A RESORT WHEN A DISASTER OR EMERGENCY HAS BEEN DECLARED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALUBIAN, LEYTE AND DANGER OR LOSS OF LIVES BECOMES IMMINENT, PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 20, 2023.
07 Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 081-22 of Leyte, Leyte – “AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 029-17 AS AMENDED BY MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 032-17 “AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SALE AND USE OF HARMFUL FIRECRACKERS OR PYROTECHNIC DEVICES WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LEYTE.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 20, 2023.
08 Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 13, S-2022-2025 of Villaba, Leyte – “AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE POSITION TITLE OF MUNICIPAL ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT HEAD I (LOCAL TREASURY OPERATION OFFICER-IV) TO LOCAL TREASURY OPERATION OFFICER IV UNDER THE PLANTILLA OF PERSONNEL IN THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER’S OFFICE.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 18, 2023.

10 Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 09, SERIES OF 2022 of Merida, Leyte– “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE “KABATAAN KONTRA KRIMEN DROGA AT TERORISMO (KK2DAT)” OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF MUNICIPALITY OF MERIDA AND FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 18, 2023.
