Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 091-23 of Leyte, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIAL PIGGERY AND POULTRY RAISING IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LEYTE.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated July 14, 2023.
11. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 08- Series of 2023 of Merida, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE OFFICIALLY DECLARING AND CONFIRMING THE SONG “MERIDA, GARBO KO IKAW” AS THE OFFICIAL HYMN OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MERIDA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, CAUSING THE SAME TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA) AND THE NATIONAL HISTORICAL COMMISSION (NHC).” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated July 10, 2023.
12. 13. Presented for consideration is City Ordinance No. 10- S. 2023 of Baybay City, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE OPERATION, MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF “PANTALAN” FOOD COURT LOCATED AT THE NEW RECLAMATION PLAZA, THIS CITY.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated July 13, 2023.
14. Presented for consideration is Resolution no. 3, series of 2023 of the Provincial Agricultural and Fishery Council (PAFC) Leyte, recommending to the August Body the issuance of an ordinance to regulate and/or prohibit abaca pojada system.
15. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 FY 2023 of Carigara, Leyte amounting to Php4,308,750.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-181. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated July 18, 2023, together with FY 2023 Annual Investment Program (AIP).
16. Presented for consideration is a letter dated July 24, 2023 from the Hon. Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla transmitting the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2023 of the Provincial Government of Leyte in the amount of Php130,463,302.62.
