01.           Presented for consideration is a copy of a Verified Answer from Respondent Hon. Homobono U. Bardillon of Dagami, Leyte relative to the Administrative Complaint filed by Complainant Mr. Rolando Anzale for Violation of Section 5 of RA 6713.

02.           Presented for consideration are the Findings and Recommendation from the Provincial Legal Office with Transmittal dated November 17, 2023 relative to the Referral of Hon. Noel Sia’s Letter of Protest dated December 10, 2021 on the MDC Meeting for the Approval of the Municipal Investment Plan for CY 2022 of La Paz, Leyte for Investigation by the Provincial Legal Office in compliance to SP Resolution No. 2021-675 dated December 15, 2021.

03.           Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Burauen, Leyte amounting to Php388,000,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-04. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 17, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for FY 2024 amounting to Php544,542,417.86

04.           Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2023 of Capoocan, Leyte amounting to Php5,000,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 13 S. 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 15, 2023.

05.           Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 5 FY 2023 of Tunga, Leyte amounting to Php1,261,620.80 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 05 S. 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 15, 2023.

06.           Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2023 of Calubian, Leyte amounting to Php5,295,359.78 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 04 S. 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 16, 2023, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 1 for CY 2023 of the same amount.

07.           Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2023 of Hilongos, Leyte amounting to Php12,831,885.19 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-17, with COMMENTS and CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated November 13, 2023, together with Supplemental Investment Program No. 02 CY 2023 amounting to Php345,000,000.00.

08.           Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 11, S. of 2023 of Barugo, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE WATER WAYS OF ARABUNOG RIVER, PONGSO RIVER AND HIMANGLOS RIVER TRAVERSING SEVERAL BARANGAYS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BARUGO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE APPLICATIONS FOR QUARRY CONCESSIONS“. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated November 13, 2023.

09.           Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 17, S. of 2023 of Barugo, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PRESENCE OF STRAY ANIMALS IN PRIVATE AND PUBLIC PLACES WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BARUGO, LEYTE, AUTHORIZING FOR THIS PURPOSE THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF AN ANIMAL POUND AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR“. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated November 20, 2023.

10.           Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2022-08 of Tabango, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE 2023 REVENUE CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TABANGO, LEYTE.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated November 20, 2023.

11.           Presented for consideration is a copy furnished letter dated October 11, 2023 from the National Water Resources Board, DENR, requesting for the posting of Water Permit Application of Leyte Poultry Development Corporation located at Naghalin, Kananga, Leyte. A certification for said posting is also requested.
