01.           Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2024 of Tanauan, Leyte amounting to Php33,106,955.35 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-04. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated May 7, 2024, together with its Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No.01, CY 2024 of the same amount.

02.           Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2024 of Burauen, Leyte amounting to Php44,341,937.67 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-02. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated May 6, 2024, together with its Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 02, CY 2024 in the amount of Php64,877,197.32.

03.           Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2024 of Hindang, Leyte amounting to Php2,658,311.50 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-01. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated May 6, 2024.

04.           Presented for consideration is a request for ACCREDITATION of GUINARONA ZONE 1 FARMERS-IRRIGATORS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. of Brgy. Hinulogan, Dagami, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.

05.           Presented for consideration is a letter to the Honorable Vice Governor Leonardo M. Javier, Jr. from Christopher A. Garcia, Acting General Manager, Don Orestes Romualdez Electric Cooperative, Inc. (DORELCO), furnishing copy of the ORDER and NOTICE OF VIRTUAL HEARING relative to DORELCO’S Application for Over or Under Recoveries in the Implementation of Automatic Adjustments and TrueUp Mechanisms for the Period 2021-2023. Wiith a request for posting on the SP bulletin board and issuance of certification bearing the dry seal of the Office as proof of posting.

06.           Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 02, Series 2024 of Abuyog, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE INTEGRATING COMMUNITY-DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT (CDD) THRU PARTICIPATORY, TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY (PTA) INTO THE LGU’s LOCAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ABUYOG”. Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 29, 2024.

07.           Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 03, Series 2024 of Abuyog, Leyte entitled: “THE 2024 REVISED CHATER OF THE ABUYOG COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF ABUYOG, LEYTE”. Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 29, 2024.

08.           Presented for consideration is City Ordinance No. 07, Series 2024 of Baybay City, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF PUBLIC PARKS, PLAZAS, MONUMENTS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES DEVOTED FOR PUBLIC USE AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF”. Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 6, 2024.

09.           Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 24-05 of Inopacan, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 4TH WHEREAS AND ADDING ANOTHER WHEREAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 23-15 OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF INOPACAN LEYTE DATED OCTOBER 18, 2023 ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING ENTRANCE, REGULATORY AND OTHER FEES FOR FOREIGN TOURISTS ONBOARD CRUISE SHIP VISITING THE CUATRO ISLAS PROTECTED LANDSCAPE AND SEASCAPE (CIPLS) ISLETS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF LGU-INOPACAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE”. Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated May 6, 2024.

10.           Presented for consideration is a letter dated May 6, 2024 from Imelda C. Laceras, CESO III, Regional Director, Dept. of Budget and Management, RO VIII, submitting its review of FY 2024 Supplemental Budget No. 1 of the Province of Leyte with information of substantial compliance of the LGC and its IRR, except on some Appropriations for PPA in the AIP which are in excess over the programmed amounts in the AIP, hence disallowed and said budget is declared inoperative in part.

11.           Presented for consideration is a letter dated May 9, 2024 from the Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla, relative to the purchase of motor vehicles for the Provincial Government of Leyte.

12.            Presented for consideration is a letter dated May 13, 2024 from the Provincial Administrator Corazon M. Alvero relative to the Partition case over Leyte Park Hotel property, with a request to the August Body to issue a Resolution authorizing above Provincial Administrator and/or Atty. Jose Raymund A. Acol to appear for and behalf of the Province of Leyte, at all stages of the proceedings.
