Presented for consideration is an ORGANIZATIONS/ASSOCIATIONS REQUESTING FOR ACCREDITATION AS NON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS/ASSOCIATIONS IN THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO WIT:

01. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of LUKAY AGRI-FARMERS ASSOCIATION (LAFA) of Brgy. Lukay, Alangalang, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.

02. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of BAYBAY LEYTE TRANSPORT COOPERATIVE (BAYBAY LEYTE TRANS CO.) of San Vicente St., Brgy. Bintanhuan, Baybay City, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.

03. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of ALTAVISTA FARMERS ASSOCIATION (ALFA) of Brgy. Altavista, Baybay City, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.

04. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of CIENDA SAN VICENTE FARMER’S ASSOCIATION of Brgy. Kilim, Baybay City, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.

05. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of BAYBAY NORTH TRANSPORT COOPERATIVE (BANTRANS COOP) of Brgy. Candadam Centro, Baybay City, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.

06. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of SON OF THE LIVING GOD UNITED MULTI-SECTORAL FARMERS ASSOCIATION (SOULS-FA) of Sitio Canukta, Brgy. Luneta, La Paz, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.

07. Presented for consideration is a letter dated August 2, 2023 from the Hon. Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla endorsing to the August Body the letter along with the joint resolution from the Municipality of Inopacan requesting to be endorsed to the Office of the President for financial assistance in the Rehabilitation of the Provincial Road of Barangay Hinabay to Barangay Cabulisan, Inopacan, Leyte.

08. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2023 of Villaba, Leyte amounting to Php5,228,177.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, S 2023-2025. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated August 1, 2023, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 2 for CY 2023 of the same amount.

09. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2023 of Leyte, Leyte amounting to Php28,338,305.85 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 001-23. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated July 31, 2023, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 1 for CY 2023 in the amount of Php29,210,000.00.

10. Presented for consideration is the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and Zoning Ordinance (ZO) of Albuera, Leyte for CY 2022-2031 together with Provincial Land Use Committee (PLUC) Res. 2023-01 endorsing above documents to the August Body for approval/appropriate action.

11. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 09 Series of 2023 of MacArthur, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE BANNING THE SALE/DISTRIBUTION/RE-SELLING OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS IN SARI-SARI STORES AND OTHER SIMILAR RETAIL OUTLETS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MACARTHUR IN THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated July 28, 2023.

12. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 11 Series of 2023 of MacArthur, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE MANDATING BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS OPERATING WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF MACARTHUR, LEYTE TO INSTALL CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) SYSTEM AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated July 28, 2023.
