Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 38, S-2023-2025 of Villaba, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING COMMERCIAL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT AND OTHER PLACES AND SPACES CONSIDERED AS HIGH RISK TO INSTALL VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS OR CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY with COMMENTS by the Provincial Legal Office seeking clarification on the PENALTY CLAUSE per 2nd indorsement dated August 7, 2023.

Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 39, S-2023-2025 of Villaba, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE ENACTED TO ESTABLISH A POULTRY AND LIVESTOCK AUCTION MARKET CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VILLABA, PROMULGATING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION, MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE; PRESCRIBING FEES AND RATES OF ITS OFFERED SERVICES; AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION, PROVIDING FUNDS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES THEREOF.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated August 3, 2023.

Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2023-03 of Javier, Leyte entitled- “AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE ROOM RATES, LABORATORY AND OTHER HOSPITAL SERVICES FEES IN THE JAVIER MUNICIPAL INFIRMARY.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated August 7, 2023.
07. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2023 of Hilongos, Leyte amounting to Php50,302,167.52 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-06. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated July 28, 2023, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 1 CY 2023 in the amount of Php145,900,000.00.
08. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2023 of Bato, Leyte amounting to Php3,988,149.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-06. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated August 7, 2023.
09. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2023 of La Paz, Leyte amounting to Php9,754,679.11 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, S. 2023. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated August 7, 2023, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 1 CY 2023 in the same amount.
10. Presented for consideration is a copy of a Joint Application with the Energy Regulatory Commission dated June 27, 2023, relative to the Application for Approval of the Emergency Power Supply Agreement between Leyte V Electric Coop, Inc. (LEYECO V) and Kepco SPC Power Corp.
