01.            Presented for consideration is a letter dated January 8, 2024 from Clarito T. Logronio, Executive Director, B Creatives Production, Accredited Partner for Leyte, Miss Universe Phils. requesting support from the August Body thru a resolution recognizing and endorsing Engr. Angel Rose Campo Tambal as the official candidate of the Leyte Province for the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 and to all M/BLGUs of Leyte to support her MUPh 2024 campaign through social media engagements and also a resolution designating Engr. Angel Rose Campo Tambal as one of the tourism ambassadress of Leyte.

02.            Presented for consideration is an APPEAL from Mayor Lovell Anne M. Yu-Castro of Alangalang, Leyte relative to Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 Series of 2023 of Alangalang, Leyte.

03.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2023-02 series of 2023 of Santa Fe, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ON COLLECTION OF CORRESPONDING BARANGAY CLEARANCE FEE IN THE APPLICATION FOR ANY BUSINESS RELATED TRANSACTIONS.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 4, 2024.

04.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 16 series 2023 of Santa Fe, Leyte entitled: “PUBLIC CEMETERY CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA FE, LEYTE ALSO KNOWN AS THE “SANTA FE PUBLIC MEMORIAL GARDEN”, SERIES OF 2023” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 4, 2024.

05.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2023-171 of Carigara, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ABOLITION OF CERTAIN POSITIONS UNDER THE DIFFERENT OFFICES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF CARIGARA, LEYTE AND SUBSEQUENTLY CREATING ADDITIONAL PLANTILLA POSITIONS FOR CY 2024, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THERETO, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY with CONDITION by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 8, 2024.

06.            Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2023-14 of Calubian, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF A MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT HEAD (HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER IV), WITH SALARY GRADE 22, UNDER THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALUBIAN, LEYTE.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 8, 2024.

07.            Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2023-15 of Calubian, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE MUNICIPAL ENVIRONMENT & NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE AS ONE DEPARTMENT/OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALUBIAN, LEYTE.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 8, 2024.

08.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 57, S. 2023-2025 of Villaba, Leyte entitled: “AMENDING SECTION 9, ARTICLE IV OF ORDINANCE NO. 40, S. 2023-2025” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 8, 2024.

09.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2023 of Barugo, Leyte amounting to Php5,730,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 20 s. 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 8, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 2 CY 2023 in the amount of Php24,132,891.89.

10.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 04 FY 2023 of Tabontabon, Leyte amounting to Php1,482,430.75 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 04 s. 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 8, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2023-03 in the amount of Php4,420,000.00.

11.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 CY 2023 of Leyte, Leyte amounting to Php1,400,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 003-23. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 8, 2024, together with CY 2023 Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 3 of the same amount.

12.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget CY 2024 of Palompon, Leyte amounting to Php290,115,780.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 482-231023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated December 27, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 amounting to a total of Php1,071,018,015.68.

13.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2023 of Kananga, Leyte amounting to Php14,998,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 23L.23-048. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 9, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Plan No. 02 CY 2023 in the amount of Php8,023,000.00.

14.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2023 of Mahaplag, Leyte amounting to Php4,620,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 23-002. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 9, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program No. 01 CY 2023 of the same amount .

15.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Javier, Leyte amounting to Php155,926,254.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-08. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 8, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 in the amount of Php1,363,404,277.00.

16.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2023 of Hilongos, Leyte amounting to Php5,821,520.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-20. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 9, 2024.

17.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 4 FY 2023 of San Miguel, Leyte amounting to Php7,469,429.24 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-05. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 11, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 4 CY 2023 of the same amount.

18.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Villaba, Leyte amounting to Php200,000,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 3, S-2023-2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 10, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 in the amount of Php342,460,801.00.

19.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2023 of Albuera, Leyte amounting to Php10,910,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-04. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 11, 2024.
