16.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 162 Series of 2023 of San Isidro, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE BANNING THE USE AND WEARING OF HELMETS, BONNETS, AND MASK IN FULL-FACE THAT CONCEAL THE FACE AND IDENTITIES OF PERSONS, MOTORCYCLE DRIVERS AND BACK RIDERS WHILE TRAVELING WITHIN AND AROUND THE JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ISIDRO, LEYTE, AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated January 4, 2024.

Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated January 4, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 3 CY 2023 of the same amount.

26.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 4 CY 2023 of Tabango, Leyte amounting to Php5,984,194.86 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-04 series 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated December 27, 2023.

27.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2023 of Palompon, Leyte amounting to Php12,791,036.51 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 483-231023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated December 27, 2023, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 3 CY 2023 in the amount of Php31,450,036.51.
