01. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of San Miguel, Leyte amounting to Php142,505,211.00 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-04. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated March 7, 2024, together with Comprehensive Annual Investment Program (AIP) FY 2024 of the same amount.
02. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Capoocan, Leyte amounting to Php179,169,622.00 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 15, series of 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated March 7, 2024, together with Annual Investment Plan (AIP) CY 2024 in the amountof Php604,758,585.00.
03. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of San Isidro, Leyte amounting to Php232,664,168.00 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 02-2023 series of 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 28, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2024 in the amount of Php472,417,868.00.
04. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Inopacan, Leyte amounting to Php133,052,198.00 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 23-04. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated March 7, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2024 in the amount of Php2,299,838,367.89.
05. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2023 of Santa Fe, Leyte amounting to Php12,866,311.31 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-012. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated March 7, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (AIP) No. 2 CY 2023 of the same amount.
06. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2023 of Capoocan, Leyte amounting to Php7,719,855.68 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 14 series of 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated March 7, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) in the amount of Php5,332,798.05.
07. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 04 FY 2023 of Merida, Leyte amounting to Php3,930,000.00 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 04 series of 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated March 4, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program in the amount of Php16,505,000.00.
08. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 4 FY 2023 of Bato, Leyte amounting to Php11,232,077.00 through Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-06. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated March 4, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 3 for CY 2023 in the amount of Php16,034,801.00.
09. Presented for consideration is Resolution No. 2024-005 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the Province of Bohol entitled: “URGING ALL PROVINCIAL SANGGUNIANS OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES, ALL SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD, ALL SANGGUNIANG BAYAN, AND ALL BARANGAY COUNCILS TO PASS SIMILAR RESOLUTIONS URGING CONGRESS TO AMEND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OR THE REPUBLIC ACT 7160 IN PARTICULAR SECTIONS RELATIVE TO THE IMPOSITION OF FINES AND PENALTIES AS HEREIN SPECIFIED“.
11. Presented for consideration is a letter dated February 2, 2024 from the National Water Resources Board, DENR, requesting for the posting of Water Permit Application of Jaro Water District located at Barangay Daro, 6527 Jaro, Leyte. A certification for said posting is also requested.
12. Presented for consideration is a letter dated January 15, 2024 from the National Water Resources Board, DENR, requesting for the posting of two (2) Water Permit Applications of ASPRAC Agricultural Corp./Pongos Hotel located at Bonifacio, District 8, Ormoc City, Leyte. A certification for said posting is also requested.

Presented for consideration is a letter dated January 31, 2024 from the National Water Resources Board, DENR, requesting for the posting of Water Permit Application of ZOREX Garden Resort/Zoren T. Zarsona located at Sitio Haubon, Barangay San Isidro, Ormoc City, Leyte. A certification for said posting is also requested.

Presented for consideration is a letter dated January 23, 2024 from the National Water Resources Board, DENR, requesting for the posting of Water Permit Application of RAPSKIE Farm Corp. c/o Joseph Rafaelito T. Escaño located at Barangay Cagbuhangin, Ormoc, Leyte. A certification for said posting is also requested.

No. 2024-02 of Julita, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE DECLARING HULATAN FESTIVAL AS THE OFFICIAL FESTIVAL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JULITA, LEYTE, FURTHER DECLARING AUGUST 1-10 AS THE HULATAN FESTIVAL DAYS AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF“. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 20 series of 2023 of Jaro, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE JARO, LEYTE TOURISM CODE OF 2023, FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, PROMOTION AND REGULATION OF TOURISM ACTIVITIES AND INDUSTRIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JARO, PROVINCE OF LEYTE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”.
