Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 462 of Babatngon, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF BABATNGON, LEYTE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” Same is recommended for decla ration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 29, 2024.

02. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 4, Series of 2024 of Capoocan, Leyte entitled: “ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE PLANTILLA POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V (BUDGET OFFICER III), SALARY GRADE 18, UNDER THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET OFFICE”. Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY with CONDITION by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 22, 2024.

Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 5, Series of 2024 of Capoocan, Leyte entitled: “ORDINANCE RECTIFYING THE PLANTILLA POSITION OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD I (LDRRMO V) SALARY GRADE 24 UNDER THE MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT OFFICE TO MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD I (LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICER) SALARY GRADE 24 UNDER THE MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT OFFICE”. Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 22, 2024.

04. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 03, 2024-2025 of Villaba, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FOREST LAND USE PLAN ALLOCATION AND ZONING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION, ENFORCEMENT AND AMENDMENT THEREOF AND FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH”. Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 29, 2024.

05. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 06, S. 2024-2025 of Villaba, Leyte entitled: “AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 21, S. 2022-2025”. Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 29, 2024.

Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 24-02 of Inopacan, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE MANDATING BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS THAT ENGAGED IN MANUFACTURING, SELLING OR DISTRIBUTION OF PNP UNIFORMS, INSIGNIAS AND OTHER ACCOUNTREMENTS, WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF INOPACAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO SECURE PNP CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY, PROVIDING PENALTIES THREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” Same is recommended for declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 29, 2024.

07. Presented for consideration is a letter dated March 04, 2024 from the National Water Resources Board, DENR, requesting for the posting of Water Permit Application of MUNICIPALITY OF PALOMPON located at Santiago, Palompon, Leyte. A certification for said posting is also requested.

08. Presented for consideration is a letter dated February 22, 2024 from the National Water Resources Board, DENR, requesting for the posting of Water Permit Application of JB GARDEN PENSION PLAZA/GIRLY E. CORBO located at Conception St., Brgy. Can-Adieng, Ormoc City, Leyte. A certification for said posting is also requested.

09. Presented for consideration is a letter dated March 06, 2024 from the National Water Resources Board, DENR, requesting for the posting of Water Permit Application of R8 POULTRY FARMS CORPORATION C/O REY EVANGELISTA located at Brgy. Matica-a, Ormoc City, Leyte. A certification for said posting is also requested.

10. Presented for consideration is a letter to the Honorable Vice Governor Leonardo M. Javier, Jr. from Brenda Flores-Ampolitod, General Manager, Leyte IV Electric Cooperative, Inc.(LEYECO IV), furnishing copy of the ORDER and NOTICE OF VIRTUAL HEARING relative to the LEYECO IV Application for Confirmation and Approval of Calculations of Over or Under Recoveries in the Implementation of Automatic Cost Adjustments and True-Up Mechanisms for the Period 2021-2023. With a request for posting on the SP bulletin board and issuance of certification bearing the dry seal of the Office as proof of posting.

11. Presented for consideration is a copy of an Order from the National Telecommunications Commission relative to Applicant PT&T Corp. Motion to Update and Consolidate Authorizations into Data Communications Network/Service- NTC Case No. 79-95;86-36;84-88;85-28; & 87-47.

12. Presented for consideration is a letter from the Secretary of Finance Hon. Ralph G. Recto expressing his gratitude to the August body for the congratulatory appreciation towards the Finance Secretary’s appointment.

13. Presented for consideration is the letter dated April 26, 2024 from the Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla submitting the Province’s 1st Quarter Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) for CY 2024 to the August Body and requesting approval of the same.

14. Presented for consideration is the letter dated May 2, 2024 from the Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla requesting for a Resolution from the August body for the approval and endorsement of the Proposed Development of the International Seaport in Babatngon, Leyte to the Office of the President for appropriate action.
