                 Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 24-09 of Inopacan, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 23-14 OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF INOPACAN, LEYTE DATED OCTOBER 17, 2023 AND APPROVING THE LOAN AGREEMENT, ASSIGNMENT AND OTHER SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THE LOAN/CREDIT FACILITY ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF INOPACAN, LEYTE REPRESENTED BY THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, HON. ROGELIO D. PUA, JR. AND THE LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES REPRESENTED BY THE HEAD OF THE SOUTHERN LEYTE LENDING CENTER, FOR THE “REHABILITATION OF INOPACAN WATER SYSTEM FROM THE PREVIOUS OF ACQUIRING 1 UNIT WHEEL TYPE BACKHOE EXCAVATOR, IN THE AMOUNT OF 14.7 MILLION PESOS AND TO BE SECURED BY THE DEED OF ASSGNMENT OF 20% NTA, SUBJECT TO ALL LAWS, RULES AND REGULATION”.

01.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024-05 of Alangalang, Leyte entitled: AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE PARCEL OF LAND UNDER THE TAX DECLARATION NO. 08-02-047-00297 DESCRIBED AS LOT 1161 COVERED BY TCT NO. T-115-2021001152 LOCATED AT BRGY. SAN ISIDRO, ALANGALANG LEYTE FROM AGRICULTURAL TO COMMERCIAL USE.  The Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated July 18, 2024, commented THAT the subject Ordinance be revised to state the appropriate purpose or reason for conversion and proper documents be attached in support thereof.

02.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 490-030624 of Palompon, Leyte entitled: AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE COMMUNITY DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT (CDD) APPROACH IN THE IDENTIFICATION, PRIORITIZATION, RESOURCE ALLOCATION OF LOCALLY FUNDED PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS AND ADOPTING SOME OF THE ACTIVITIES IN THE COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT ACTIVITY CYCLE (CEAC) AS A STRATEGY IN PURSUING AND ATTAINING DEVELOPMENT GOALS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALOMPON, LEYTE.  Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated July 16, 2024.

03.            Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2024 of Alangalang, Leyte amounting to Php14,954,748.76 under Appropriation Ord. No. 01 Series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated August 7, 2024, together with Supplemental   Annual Investment Program (AIP) for 2024of the same amount.

04.            Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2024 of Isabel, Leyte amounting to Php28,000,000.00 under Appropriation Ord. No. 03, Series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated July 31, 2024.

05.            Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2024 of City of Baybay, Leyte amounting to Php190,675,338.00 under Appropriation Ord. No. 01, S. 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated August 9, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP)CY 2024 of the same amount.

06.            Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2024 of the Provincial Government of Leyte in the amount of Php3,235,754.00 submitted by the Hon. Prov. Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla.

07.            Presented for consideration is a copy of a 2nd Notice of Electronic Hearing from the National Water Resources Board relative to the Petition of LIDE Management Corp. on 1.)NWRB CASE NO. 2024-096, 2.) NWRB CASE NO. 2024—097, and 3.) NWRB CASE NOS. 2024-098 & 2024-099.

08.            Presented for consideration is a letter dated July 30, 2024 addressed to the Hon. Vice Governor Leonardo M. Javier, Jr.  from  Leyte III Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LEYECO III), relative to its Joint Application for Approval of the  Power Supply Agreement (PSA) between  Leyte III Electric Cooperative (LEYECO III) and KEPCO SPC Power Corp. (KSPC), with Prayer for Confidential Treatment of Information and Motion for Provisional Authority.  A Certificate of Posting signed by the LGU Chief Executive or any duly authorized representative and bearing the official seal of the office is requested.

09.            Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of  GUINDAG AN, SAN ANTONIO, CABARASAN DAKU IRRIGATOR’S ASSOCIATION, INC. (GSC IA) of Brgy. San Antonio, Palo, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.

10.            Presented for consideration is a letter dated  July 29, 2024 from Imelda C. Laceras, CESO III, Regional Director, Dept. of Budget and Management, Reg. VIII, submitting the review of FY 2024 Supplemental Budget No. 2 of the Province of Leyte.

11.            Presented for consideration is Resolution No. 24-156 of Matag-ob, Leyte entitled: A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF LEYTE THROUGH THE PRESIDING OFFICER, HONORABLE LEONARDO “SANDY” M. JAVIER, JR., PROVINCIAL VICE GOVERNOR, TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THE HEREIN ATTACHED WATER SUPPLY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PLAN OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATAG-OB, LEYTE.

12.            Presented for consideration is a presentation from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Seeking endorsement from the SP August body by passing a Resolution and/or Ordinance for the establishment and institutionalization of an LGU-Run TESD Training Center and/or Technical-Vocational Education (TVET) support in the Leyte Province and Providing Funds therefor, through inclusion in the Annual Investment Program/Plan to implement various skills trainings/qualifications.
