Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2024-06 of Tanauan, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE MANDATING BUSINESSES OPERATING WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAUAN, LEYTE, TO SECURE A PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE (PNP) CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY AND/OR CERTIFICATE OF DISTRIBUTORSHIP BEFORE MANUFACTURING, SELLING, USING, OR DISTRIBUTING PNP UNIFORM, INSIGNIAS, AND OTHER ACCOUTREMENTS AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated August 2, 2024.

Presented for consideration is for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024-04 of Alangalang, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE 1ST WEEK OF JUNE OF EVERY YEAR AS FARMER’S WEEK CELEBRATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALANGALANG AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated July 30, 2024.

Presented for consideration is for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 24-08 of Burauen, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 3A.04 (C) AND 3B.03 (3.4) OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 17-15, SERIES OF 2017, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “COMPREHENSIVE LOCAL TAX AND REVENUE CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BURAUEN, LEYTE (2017)” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated August 2, 2024.
04. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 11, Series of 2023 of Capoocan, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE UPDATING THE GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE” The Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated July 16, 2024, recommended that the LGU revisits and make appropriate revisions to ensure that the same does not contravene with any existing laws.

Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 159 S. 2023 of San Isidro, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE NEW GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ISIDRO, PROVINCE OF LEYTE.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated July 16, 2024.

Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 187 series 2024 of Matag-ob, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT CONTROL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATAG-OB, LEYTE.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated August 2, 2024.

Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 189 series 2024 of Matag-ob, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 86 SERIES of 2019, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE ANTI-LITTERING ORDINANCE OF MATAG-OB, LEYTE.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated July 30, 2024.

Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 190 of Matag-ob, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 104 S. 2020, REGULATING THE USAGE OF SINGLE-USE PLASTIC BAGS, DISPOSABLE UTENSILS AND STYROFOAM WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF MATAG-OB, LEYTE.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated August 13, 2024.
09. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2024 of Palompon, Leyte amounting to Php30,765,681.23 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 491-080724. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated August 9, 2024.
10. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2024 of Kananga, Leyte amounting to Php42,860,459.10 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 23L.24-059. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated August 10, 2024, together with the 2024 Supplemental Investment Program No. 02 amounting to Php128,722,629.58.
11. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2024 of Hindang, Leyte amounting to Php38,491,683.22 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-02. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated August 15, 2024, together with the Supplemental Investment Program No. 1 CY 2024 amounting to Php532,881,000.00.
12. Presented for consideration is a copy of Order from the Energy Regulatory Commission relative to the Application for Approval of the Emergency Power Supply Agreement between Leyte IV Electric Cooperative, Inc. and GNPower Dinginin LTD. Co., with Prayer for Confidential Treatment of Information. ERC Case No. 2024-046 RC.
13. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of LEYTE ELECTRICIANS FEDERATION, INC. of Brgy. Sto Niño, Tunga, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.
13. Presented consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2024 of Leyte, Leyte amounting to Php5,736,786.98 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 002-24. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated August 19, 2024, together with the Supplemental Investment Program No. 3 CY 2024 amounting to Php8,830,000.00.
