01.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated October 23, 2024 from Engr. Fernan Paul R. Tan, General Manager, LEYECO II, furnishing a copy of the Joint Application for Approval of the Emergency Power Supply Agreement (EPSA) between LEYECO II and FDC Misamis Power Corp., with prayer for Confidential Treatment of Information and request for Certification with Dry Seal from SP stating that a complete copy of said application was served and duly received by the SP office.

02.               Presented for consideration is Appropriation Ordinance No. 461-A series 2024 of Babatngon, Leyte which amends Ordinance No. 461 of Supplemental Budget No. 1 for FY 2024 of Babatngon, Leyte accordingly in compliance to SP Resolution No. 2024-211-A dated May 21, 2024.

03.               Presented for consideration is a copy of  Reply with Motion to Strike Out Respondent’s Answer relative to Administrative case for Grave Misconduct and Neglect of Duty filed by Marvin T. Marticio as Complainant vs. Hon. Angel Aras Sia, Jr. as Respondent.

04.               Presented for consideration is a copy of Rejoinder with Motion to Strike Out Complainant’s Reply  relative to the Administrative complaint filed by Marvin T. Marticio against Hon. Angel Aras Sia, Jr.

05.               Presented for consideration is a copy of Preliminary Conference Brief relative to the complaint filed by Marvin T. Marticio against Hon. Angel Aras Sia, Jr.

06.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget  No. 3 CY 2024 of Tanauan, Leyte in the amount of Php8,125,271.90 under Ordinance No. 2024-14; same is recommended for Approval with Conditions by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated October 28, 2024, together with the Supplemental  Investment Program (SIP No. 03)  for CY 2024 of the same amount.

07.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget  FY 2025 of Tunga, Leyte in the amount of Php88,749,249.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 03 S. 2024; same is recommended for Approval with Conditions by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated October 23, 2024,  together with Annual Investment Program CY 2025 in the amount of Php1,350,250,832.24.

08.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2024 of Tabango, Leyte in the amount of Php8,464,244.56 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-03 series 2024; same is recommended for Approval with Conditions by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated October 21, 2024.

09.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget  No. 03 FY 2024 of Matag-ob, Leyte in the amount of Php1,000,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 04; same is recommended for Approval with Conditions by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated October 23, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) CY 2024 of the same amount.

10.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget  FY 2024 of Merida, Leyte in the amount of Php157,931,343.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 series of 2024, same is recommended for Approval with Conditions by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated October 17, 2024, together with 2024 Annual  Investment Program (AIP)  in the amount of Php1,062,125,963.00.

11.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget  FY 2025 of Mahaplag, Leyte in the amount of Php156,155,030.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 24-013; same is recommended for Approval with Conditions by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated October 28, 2024, together with the Annual  Investment Program (AIP) for 2025 of the same amount.

12.               Presented for consideration is a copy of the Verified Answer filed by Respondents Leah Empleo et. al., vs. Miguel Jorge P. Tan et al., under case no. IC-OV-APR-24-0204 for Abuse of Authority before the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Leyte.

13.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated November 4, 2024 from Agnes C. Rafon, PPDC, PLUC Chairperson, furnishing copy of Provincial Land Use Committee (PLUC) Resolution No. 2024-01 series 2024 relative to the Comprehensive Land Use Plans and Zoning Ordinances (ZO) of Jaro, Leyte.

14.               Presented for consideration is the letter dated October 10, 2024 from the Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla submitting the proposed Executive Annual Budget FY 2025 of the Provincial Government of Leyte in the total amount of Php4,045,000,000.00.

15.               Presented for consideration is the letter dated October 24, 2024 from Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla forwarding the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 5 CY 2024 of the Provincial Government of Leyte in the amount of Php46,620,475.00.
