VIII.  Consideration of Minutes of the Previous Meeting: December 9, 2025

01.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY  2026 of the Municipality of Macarthur, Leyte, amounting to Php 171,398,562.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 1, series of 2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated December 01, 2025 together with the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for Fiscal Year 2026 in the total amount of Php 3,776,987,000.00.

02.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2026 of the Municipality of Tunga, Leyte, amounting to Php 102,442,933.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 5, series of 2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated December 03, 2025 together with the Annual Investment Program for CY 2026 in the amount of Php 934,182,406.51

03.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Tunga, Leyte, amounting to Php 3,070,109.07 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 3, series of 2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated December 03, 2025.

04.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2025 of the Municipality of San Isidro, Leyte, amounting to Php 2,702,241.02 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 1, series of 2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated December 09, 2025 together with the First Supplemental Investment Program for Fiscal Year 2025 with a total amount of Php 2,702,241.02.

05.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Villaba, Leyte, amounting to Php 89,062,465.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 4, S. 2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated December 10, 2025 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 03 CY 2025 amounting to Php 2,789,465.00.

06.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 4 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Albuera, Leyte, amounting to Php 15,207,557.56 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-04, Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated December 09, 2025 together with the 3^rd Supplemental Investment Program in the amount of Php 16,851,000.00

07.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 4 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Kananga, Leyte, amounting to Php 2,000,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 24L.25-009. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated December 09, 2025 together with the 2025 Supplemental Investment Program No. 03 amounting to Php 2,000,000.00.

08.               Presented for consideration isSupplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 3 of the Province of Leyte, amounting to Php 430,067,931.00. APPROVED by the PDC Executive Committee during its meeting on December 9, 2025, through Resolution No. 2025-001, Series of 2025.
