40.               Presented for consideration is ORDINANCE NO. 04, SERIES OF 2026 of the City of Baybay, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BAYBAY CITY, LEYTE BANTAY AFRICAN SWINE FEVER (ASF) PROGRAM, PROVIDING MEASURES FOR THE PREVENTION, CONTROL, AND MONITORING OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd Indorsement dated May 4, 2026.

41.               Presented for consideration is General Fun Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Palo, Leyte  in the amount of Php33,626,247.36. under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-01. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review  dated  May 12,  2026.

42.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2026 of the Municipality of Leyte, Leyte, under Appropriation Ordinance No. 001-26 in the total amount of PhP32,868,075.16. together with the CY 2026 Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 1 in the amount of PhP318,365,000.00. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated May 14, 2026.

43.               Presented for consideration is General Fun Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Hindang, Leyte in the amount of Php31,350,129.69. under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-01 together with Supplemental Investment Program No. 01 (SIP) CY 2026in the amount of Php332,369,996.33. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated May 11, 2026.

44.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2026 of the Municipality of Javier, Leyte, under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-01 in the total amount of PhP9,785,310.74. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated May 14,  2026.

45.               Presented for consideration is a request  for Accreditation with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization of ANDAM-PERMI INC. with office address at Barangay Bislig, Tanauan, Leyte.

46.               Presented for consideration is a letter from MS. ANNA LIZA G. LOGAN, Chief Presidential Legal Counsel, Office of the President, Malacañang addressed to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Leyte which conveyed her sincere appreciation for the gracious message of congratulations on her appointment as the Chief Presidential Legal Counsel.
