Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024-191 of Carigara, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE 11,677 SQUARE METERS PORTION, OUT OF THE TOTAL LAND AREA OF 12,198 SQUARE METERS IDENTIFIED AS SURVEY NO. 4114, COVERED UNDER TAX DECLARATION NO. 08-11039-00294 AND TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE (TCT) NO. 115-2014000454, IN THE NAME OF FERNANDO N. MORIEL, LOCATED AT BRGY. SAGKAHAN CARIGARA, LEYTE, FROM AGRICULTURAL TO COMMERCIAL USE.”. Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated February 13, 2024.

Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 13, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No.3 CY 2022 in the amount of Php7,425,000.00 and Annual Investment Program CY 2023 in the amount of Php684,682,882.14.
13. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 08 FY 2023 of Tunga, Leyte amounting to Php1,946,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 9, series of 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 14, 2024.
14. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 09 FY 2023 of Tunga, Leyte amounting to Php1,710,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 10, series of 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 14, 2024.
15. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Tabontabon, Leyte amounting to Php85,585,433.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 04 series of 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 12, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 in the amount of Php1,019,700,000.00.
16. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Kananga, Leyte amounting to Php304,388,452.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 23L.23-046. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 12, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 in the amount of Php1,670,901,774.40.
17. Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget CY 2024 of Dulag, Leyte amounting to Php234,158,407.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-IV. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 13, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 in the amount of Php680,000,000.00.
18. Presented for consideration is a letter from Punong Barangay Andrew S. Pesa of Brgy. Itum, Matalom, Leyte to Hon. Atty. Carlo P. Loreto requesting intervention of his office relative to the Fishpond Lease Agreement (FLA) that has been awarded to Elmer Mijares, et al.
