01.            Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 18 Series of 2023 of Jaro, Leyte entitled: “THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND SANITATION CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JARO, PROVINCE OF LEYTE”. Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated February 1, 2024.

02.            Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 13 SERIES 2023 of Tabontabon, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE HEALTH AND SANITATION CODE OF MUNICIPALITY OF TABONTABON, LEYTE.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated February 1, 2024.

03.            Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 172 Series 2023 of Matag-ob, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ON THE ADOPTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE “BANTAY ASF SA BARANGAY” OR THE “BABAY ASF PROGRAM”, PROVIDING POWERS THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” Same is recommended for declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated February 1, 2024.

04.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 5 CY 2023 of San Miguel, Leyte amounting to Php6,299,406.50 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2023-05. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 5, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program No. 05 for CY 2023 of the same amount.

05.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2023 of Pastrana, Leyte amounting to Php6,585,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 015. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 5, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 3 CY 2023 in the amount of Php3,000,000.00.

06.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2023 of Dagami, Leyte amounting to Php6,117,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 08 S. 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 5, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (AIP) No. 2 CY 2023 of the same amount.

07.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 5 CY 2023 of Carigara, Leyte amounting to Php10,949,764.80 under Municipal Ordinance No. 2023-188. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 5, 2024, together with FY 2023 Supplemental Investment Program (AIP) No. 2 in the amount of Php16,650,000.00.

08.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 CY 2023 of Calubian, Leyte amounting to Php6,126,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 09, C.S. 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 5, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program
(AIP) No. 2 for CY 2023 of the same amount.

09.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 04 FY 2023 of Calubian, Leyte amounting to Php2,412,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 13, C.S. 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 5, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program
(AIP) No. 4 of the same amount.

10.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2023 of Matag-ob, Leyte amounting to Php907,650.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 04, S. 2023 Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 5, 2024, together with FY 2023 Supplemental Annual Investment Fund Plan (AIP) in the amount of Php5,691,877.45.

11.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 04 FY 2023 of Matag-ob, Leyte amounting to Php8,658,028.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 05 Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 5, 2024.

12.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Barugo, Leyte amounting to Php160,042,420.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 18 series of 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 5, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 in the amount of Php448,382,375.92.

13.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Pastrana, Leyte amounting to Php122,621,044.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 013. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 5, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 in the amount of Php445,572,871.70.

14.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Tunga, Leyte amounting to Php74,236,769.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 6, series of 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 6, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 in the amount of Php1,718,440,403.32.

15.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Mayorga, Leyte amounting to Php110,650,095.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 03, series of 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 1, 2024, together with Annual Investment Plan (AIP) FY 2024 in the amount of Php576,879,955.00.

16.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2024 of Alangalang, Leyte amounting to Php245,316,448.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, series of 2023. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Commiittee per review letter dated February 1, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 in the amount of Php264,670,098.00.

17.            Presented for consideration is a letter from Hon. Raissa J. Villasin dated February 6, 2024 endorsing the list of National/Sectoral Health Policies on Nutrition for a passage of a resolution adopting said policies.

18.            Presented for consideration is a Request for Accreditation of the Knights of Columbus (K of C) as a non government organization in the Province of Leyte.
