01. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 CY 2024 of San Miguel, Leyte, Leyte amounting to Php14,037,612.99 under Appropriation Ord. No. 2024-01 series 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated July 2, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) CY 2024 of the same amount.

02. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2024 of Pastrana, Leyte, amounting to Php7,697,223.94 under Appropriation Ord. No. 29, S. 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated July 3, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 02 CY 2024 of the same amount.

03. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 CY 2024 of Leyte, Leyte amounting to Php25,051,066.69 under Appropriation Ord. No. 001-24. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated June 28, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 1 CY 2024 in the amount of Php30,120,000.00.

04. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2024 of Matag-ob, Leyte amounting to Php5,000,000.00 under Appropriation Ord. No. 02, Series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated July 1, 2024, together with CY 2024 Supplemental Investment Program of the same amount.

05. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2024 of Bato, Leyte amounting to Php9,065,550.00 under Appropriation Ord. No. 2024-02. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated July 1, 2024, together with Annual Investment Program Supplemental No. 01 in the amount of Php9,638,957.00.

06. Presented for consideration is a letter to the Honorable Vice Governor Leonardo M. Javier, Jr. dated July 1, 2024, from Allan L. Laniba, OFS, Gen. Manager, Leyte III Electric Cooperative, Inc., furnishing copy of the Order and Notice of Virtual Hearing both dated June 20, 2024, relative to the Joint Application for Approval of the Emergency Power Supply Agreement (PSA) between Leyte III Electric Cooperative (LEYECO III) and FDC Misamis Power Corp. (FDCMPC), with Prayer for Provisional Authority and Confidential Treatment of Information (ERC CASE NO. 2024-048 RC), with a request for certification attesting that the above application was posted at the bulletin board of the Provincial capitol and a certification bearing the dry seal of the office as proof of posting.

07. Presented for consideration is a letter to the Honorable Vice Governor Leonardo M. Javier, Jr dated June 20, 2024, from Christopher A. Garcia, Acting General Manager, DORELCO, furnishing a copy of the Joint Application for Approval of the Power Supply Agreement (PSA) between Don Orestes Romualdez Electric Cooperative (DORELCO) and KEPCO SPC Power Corporation (KSPC), with Prayer for Confidential Treatment of Information and Motion for Provisional Authority; with request for Certification from the office stating above documents were received by the office.

08. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of the TACLOBAN CITY (PWD) PERSONS WITH DISABILITY ASSOCIATION with address at CEO Gym, Tacloban City with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.

09. Presented for consideration is Municipal Resolution No. 2024-70 of Palo, Leyte entitled: “INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE REQUEST OF GRETCHEN O. CABAÑERO TO QUARRY OVER CADASTRAL LOT NO. 6649, TD/ARP NO. 044-30-0024-019-02, LOCATED AT BRGY. LIBERTAD, THIS MUNICIPALITY, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE OF OTHER REQUIREMENT(S) THAT WILL BE IMPOSED BY OTHER CONCERNED AGENCIES.”

10. Presented for consideration is Municipal Resolution No. 2024-71 of Palo, Leyte entitled: “INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE REQUEST OF NATALIE S. MILITANTE TO QUARRY OVER CADASTRAL LOT NO. 9591, TD/ARP NO. 044-30-0024-011-33, LOCATED AT BRGY. LIBERTAD, THIS MUNICIPALITY, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE OF OTHER REQUIREMENT(S) THAT WILL BE IMPOSED BY OTHER CONCERNED AGENCIES.”

11. Presented for consideration is Municipal Resolution No. 2024-104 of Palo, Leyte entitled: “INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE REQUEST OF JUSTIN L. CHU TO QUARRY OVER CADASTRAL LOT NO. 6652-PART, PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION NO. 044-30-0024-010-32, LOCATED AT BRGY. LIBERTAD, THIS MUNICIPALITY, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE OF OTHER REQUIREMENT(S) THAT WILL BE IMPOSED BY OTHER CONCERNED AGENCIES.”

12. Presented for consideration is Municipal Resolution No. 2024-105 of Palo, Leyte entitled: “INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE REQUEST OF BERNARDINO G. TACOY TO QUARRY OVER CADASTRAL LOT NO. 9616,PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION NO. 044-30-0010-010-48, LOCATED AT BRGY. BARAYONG, THIS MUNICIPALITY, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE OF OTHER REQUIREMENT(S) THAT WILL BE IMPOSED BY OTHER CONCERNED AGENCIES.”

13. Presented for consideration is a copy of an Order from the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) relative to Applicant Leyte V Electric Cooperative, Inc. (LEYECO V) Application for Confirmation and Approval of Calculations of Over or Under Recoveries in the Implementation of Automatic Cost Adjustments and True-Up Mechanisms for the period 2021 to 2023. (ERC CASE NO. 2024-003 CF).

14. Presented for consideration is a copy of Joint Formal Offer of Exhibits from the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) relative to the Application for Approval of the Emergency Power Supply Agreement between Energy Development Corporation (EDC) and Samar I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SAMELCO I), with Motion for Confidential Treatment of Information. (ERC CASE NO. 2024-017 RC).

15. Presented for consideration is a copy of Judicial Affidavit of Witness Ayesa Grace D. Abing, and other documents from the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) relative to the Application for Approval of the Emergency Power Supply Agreement between Energy Development Corporation (EDC) and Eastern Samar Electric Cooperative, Inc.
