01.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024 -17 of Julita, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF YOUTH DEVELOPMENT OFFICER I WITH A SALARY GRADE 10 (ITEM NO. 01/101) AT THE LOCAL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JULITA, LEYTE AND APPROPRIATING THE FUNDS NEEDED THEREOF.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd indorsement dated December 26, 2024.

02.               Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 197 of Matag-ob, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE GAME OF MAHJONG IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATAG-OB, LEYTE.” Submitted are Minutes of Public Hearing with attendance Sheet in compliance to publication requirement pursuant to R.A. 7160 per SP Resolution No. 2025-012 dated January 14, 2025.

03.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated January 13, 2025 from Graciela Mona Lumang-Gutierrez, Corporate Legal Counsel, Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM),furnishing copy of ERC issued Order and Notice of Virtual Hearing relative to the Application for True-Up Adjustment of Fuel and Purchased Power Costs and Foreign Exchange Related Costs by the National Power Corp. and  further request    for certificates of posting. (ERC CASE NO. 2024-150 RC)

04.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated February 07, 2025 from Engr. Fernan Paul R. Tan, General Manager, LEYECO II, furnishing  ERC Order and Notice of Virtual Hearing relative to ERC CASE NO. 2024-013 CF. With a request for the posting on SP Bulletin board of said Order and Notice and issuance of a certification of posting.

06.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2024 of La Paz, Leyte in the amount of Php5,300,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 6, 2025.

07.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2024 of Capoocan, Leyte in the amount of Php2,000,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 22, series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 5, 2025, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 4 CY 2024 in the amount of Php14,052,000.00.

08.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 04 FY 2024 of Capoocan, Leyte in the amount of Php4,321,487.17 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 25, series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 11, 2025, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP)  CY 2024 in the amount of Php21,523,993.07.

09.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 06  FY 2024 of Tunga, Leyte in the amount of Php450,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 07, series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 5, 2025.

10.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Annual Budget   FY 2025 of Tabontabon, Leyte in the amount of Php106,205,601.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 04, series  2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 11, 2025, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2025 in the amount of
Php1,124,434,000.00.

11.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 5 CY 2024 of Palompon, Leyte in the amount of Php15,675,228.24. under Appropriation Ordinance No. 495-181124. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 5, 2025, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program  No. 5 FY 2024 in the amount of Php21,611,228.24.

12.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 6 CY 2024 of Palompon, Leyte in the amount of Php3,389,000.00. under Appropriation Ordinance No. 496-161224. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 5, 2025.

13.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2024 of Hindang, Leyte in the amount of Php3,975,589.70. under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-03. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 5, 2025.

14.               Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2024 of Abuyog, Leyte in the amount of Php9,859,000.00. under Appropriation Ordinance No. 4 series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 6, 2025, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) CY 2024 of the same amount.

15.               Presented for consideration is a REPLY dated February 5, 2025 from Imelda C. Laceras, CESO III, Reg. Director DBM, regarding SP Resolution No. 2024-515 entitled “A Resolution Requesting the DBM through Sec. Amenah F. Pangandaman to Reconsider A Certain provision in DBM Local Circular No. 160 by Changing the Retroactive Effect of the Salary Increase of LGU Officials and Employees from august 2, 2024 to January 1, 2024, for Reasons as Herein Stated”

16.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated January 22, 2025 from DILG Secretary Juanito Victor C. Remulla expressing his gratitude to the August body for SP Resolution No. 2024-505 congratulating his appointment as Secretary of the Dept. of the Interior and Local Government.

17.               Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of SHADOW ARTS THEATER ORGANIZATION CORP. of Brgy. Guindapunan, Palo, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.

18.               Presented for consideration is Resolution No. 2025-015 of Carigara, Leyte entitled: “ A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING OPPOSITION TO HOUSE BILL NO. 11077, OR “AN ACT CREATING THE PROVINCE OF WESTERN LEYTE”.
