01.            Presented for consideration is MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 26-269, SERIES OF 2026 of the Municipality of Burauen, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE CREATING ONE (1) PLANTILLA POSITION OF EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT V, SALARY GRADE 24, UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BURAUEN, LEYTE.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd Indorsement dated August 10, 2026.

02.            Presented for consideration is MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2026-137, of the Municipality of Mayorga, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING A UNIFIED TRAFFIC CITATION TICKET SYSTEM FOR VIOLATIONS OF MUNICIPAL TRAFFIC ORDINANCES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAYORGA, LEYTE, PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR APPREHENSION, IMPOUNDMENT, PAYMENT OF FINES, RECORD-KEEPING, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd Indorsement dated August 10, 2026.

03.            Presented for consideration is MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 09, SERIES OF 2026 of the Municipality of MacArthur, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF ARTICLE 11 (BOARD OF TRUSTEES) AND SECTION 33, 34 AND 35 OF ARTICLE X (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) OF THE MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 01, SERIES OF 2025 ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COLLEGIO DE TARRAGONA AND GRANTING ITS CHARTER PROVIDING FOR RULES, REGULATIONS AND PERTINENT GUIDELINES FOR ITS ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATIONS THEREOF.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd Indorsement dated August 12, 2026.

04.            Presented for consideration is ORDINANCE NO. 2026-14, of the Municipality of Albuera, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING A YOUTH DRUG-FREE PROGRAM AND ADVOCACY, MANDATING THE ALLOCATION OF FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF THE ANNUAL SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN BUDGET FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION, AND OTHER PURPOSES.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd Indorsement dated August 10, 2026.

05.            Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization of JCI TOLOSA, INC., with office address at Barangay Poblacion, Tolosa, Leyte.
