Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Babatngon, Leyte in the amount of Php4,153,800.25 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 524, Series of 2026. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated September 15, 2026.
02. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Tolosa, Leyte in the amount of Php2,275,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 26, Series of 2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated September 15, 2026.
03. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Barugo, Leyte in the amount of Php19,409,929.95 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 09, Series of 2026 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 1, CY 2026 in the amount of Php182,959,929.95. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated September 10, 2026.

Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Leyte, Leyte in the amount of Php4,634,721.97 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 002-26 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 2 CY 2026 in the amount of Php7,850,000.00. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated September 15, 2026.
05. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Calubian, Leyte in the amount of Php7,099,412.62 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-01, Series of 2026 together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SIP) No. 1 CY 2026 in the amount of Php12,099,412.62. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated September 10, 2026.
06. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Kananga, Leyte in the amount of Php64,292,278.33 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 24L.26-021, Series of 2026 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 2 in the amount of Php124,213,660.02. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated September 15, 2026.
07. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Kananga, Leyte in the amount of Php20,624,446.95 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 24L.26-022, Series of 2026. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated September 10, 2026.

Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Inopacan, Leyte in the amount of Php8,000,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 26-02, Series of 2026 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 2 in the amount of Php130,000,000.00. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated September 10, 2026.
09. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2026 of the City of Baybay, Leyte in the amount of Php373,723,174.64 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 1, Series of 2026 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) CY 2026 of the same amount. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated September 15, 2026.
10. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Javier, Leyte in the amount of Php10,975,607.72 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-09, Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated September 10, 2026.
11. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization of MATALOM FEDERATION OF SENIOR CITIZENS with office address at Day Center, Barangay San Pedro, Matalom, Leyte.
12. Presented for consideration is a furnished copy of the letter dated September 10, 2026 addressed to the Members of the Provincial Local Finance Committee, Province of Leyte, from Engr. Adleo C. Go, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator, Municipality of Dagami, Leyte. The letter was submitted as clarification and in response to Item No. 8 of the review findings issued by the Provincial Local Finance Committee on the 2026 Annual Budget of the Municipality of Dagami, Leyte.
