Presented for consideration is Resolution No. 2024-104 of Bato, Leyte entitled: “REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE FOR A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE LGU-BATO’S GRATUITOUS PERMIT FOR QUARRY INVOLVING A 7,042-SQUARE-METER LAND LOCATED IN BRGY. TAGAYTAY, BATO, LEYTE UNDER TD 06003100002 CADASTRAL LOT NO. 4133-PART.”
02. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024-126 of Mayorga, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2017-91, ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTORIZED TRICYCLES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAYORGA, LEYTE, DESIGNATING A PARKING AREA AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.” Same is recommended for declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated August 19, 2024.
03. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 03 Series of 2024 of Tunga, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TUNGA, LEYTE AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF.” Same is recommended for declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated August 20, 2024.

Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 101-24 of Leyte, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE STRENGTHENING THE IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING OF RA 8172, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS AN ACT PROMOTING SALT IODIZATION NATIONWIDE (ASIN) AND FOR RELATED PURPOSE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LEYTE.” Same is recommended for declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated August 20, 2024.

Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 08, SERIES 2024 of Abuyog, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE, SALE, DISTRIBUTION, AND ADVERTISEMENT OF CIGARETTES AND OTHER TOBACCO PRODUCTS, ELECTRONIC NICOTINE AND NON-NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS, HEATED TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND OTHER NOVEL TOBACCO PRODUCTS, IN CERTAIN PLACES, IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF, TO INSTILL HEALTH CONSCIOUSNESS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” Same is recommended for declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated August 19, 2024.
07. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024-10 of Hilongos, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL SEAL OF THE PAMBAYANG PEDERASYON NG SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF HILONGOS, PRESCRIBING AND REGULATING ITS USE.” Same is recommended for declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated August 14, 2024.
08. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2024-03 of Javier, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER TO COLLECT BARANGAY CLEARANCE FEES IN THE APPLICATION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BUSINESS PERMITS AND/OR LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JAVIER, LEYTE.” Same is recommended for declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated August 21, 2024.
09. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2024 of Kananga, Leyte amounting to Php15,729,675.96 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 23L.24-060. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated August 16, 2024.
10. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2024 of Inopacan, Leyte amounting to Php15,344,543.46 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 24-01 with amendments under Appropriation Ordinance 24-02. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated August 19, 2024.
11. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of TIBAK, SAN MIGUELAY, MILAGROSA, LIBERTAD, BADIANGAY IRRIGATORS ASSOCIATION INC. (TSMLB IA, INC.) of Brgy. Libertad, Palo, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.
12. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of BARANGAY ZONE 3, FARMERS ASSOCIATION (BAZOFA) of Brgy. Zone III, Sta. Fe, Leyte. with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.
13. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of CAPIRAWAN, CANHIDOC, CANGUMBANG, IRRIGATORS ASSOCIATION (Triple C IA) Inc. of Brgy. Capirawan, Palo, Leyte. with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.
14. Presented for consideration is a copy of Complaint-Affidavit relative to the case of Grave Misconduct and Neglect of Duty filed by Complainant Marvin T. Marticio vs. Respondent Hon. Angel Aras Sia of La Paz, Leyte, with Entry of Appearance by Atty. Ferdinand Arthur B. Diaz representing as Counsel for the Complainant.
15. Presented for consideration is a copy of the Dengue Update in the Province of Leyte from the Provincial Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit of the Provincial Health Office.
16. Presented for consideration is a letter dated August 13, 2024 from Applicant Gilbert O. Consebido requesting a Sanggunian Panlalawigan Resolution of No Objection relative to the latter’s MGB Industrial Sand and Gravel Permit located at Brgy. San Jose East Burauen, Leyte along Daguitan River.
