01.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Palo, Leyte in the amount of Php12,004,402.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-02. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated October 7, 2026.

02.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 04 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Tunga, Leyte in the amount of Php2,238,612.88 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 04, Series of 2026. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated October 7, 2026.

03.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2026 of the Municipality of Tabango, Leyte in the amount of Php8,088,526.52 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-03 Series of 2026 together with  Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 2 in the amount of Php86,450,000.00. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated October 7, 2026.

04.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2026 of the Municipality of Isabel, Leyte in the amount of Php2,009,424.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 Series of 2026 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) 2026-01. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated October 7, 2026.

05.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2026 of the Municipality of Palompon, Leyte in the amount of Php3,870,225.33 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 528-070926 together with  Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 4 CY 2026 in the amount of Php3,870,225.33. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated October 7, 2026.

06.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Bato, Leyte in the amount of Php4,756,998.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-06 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 03 CY 2026 in the amount of Php78,000,000.00. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated October 7, 2026.

07.            Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2026 of the Municipality of Matalom, Leyte in the amount of Php14,387,397.22 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2026. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated October 7, 2026.

08.            Presented for consideration is a letter dated October 2, 2026 from Jerome V. Bayocboc, Plant Superintendent, Cleanaway Philippines Inc., respectfully requesting approval to proceed with hauling activities and transportation of medical waste from various clients/generators located in other provinces/regions for the month of October, 2026 in compliance with applicable environmental and regulatory requirements.

09.            Presented for consideration is a furnished copy of the acknowledgment receipt from the Local Finance Committee on the MEMORANDUM/FORMAL REPLY from Engr. Adleo C. Go, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator, Municipality of Dagami, Leyte, relative to the formal clarification and response to Item No. 8 of the Provincial Local Finance Committee  (LFC) Budget Review Findings of the CY 2026 Annual Budget of the Municipality of Dagami.
