01. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2024-015 series 2024 of Santa Fe, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING CASH GIFT TO ALL SENIOR CITIZENS ON THE OCCASION OF THEIR BIRTHDAY AND ALLOCATING FUNDS THEREOF”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated February 24, 2025.
02. Presented for consideration is the letter dated February 25, 2025 from Hon. MJ Luinly D. Lumen endorsing the Provincial Youth Development Plan of Leyte covering the period 2025-2027 to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Leyte for adoption.
03. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Annual Budget FY 2025 of Babatngon, Leyte amounting to Php186,768,059.48 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 481. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 17, 2025, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) FY 2025 in the amount of Php7,167,963,846.00.
04. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Annual Budget FY 2025 of Dulag, Leyte amounting to Php249,901,929.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-IV. Same is recommended for APPROVAL except Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) deficiently programmed in the Annual Investment Program (AIP) and COMMENTS , of the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 21, 2025, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) FY 2025 in the amount of Php7,167,963,846.00.
05. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Annual Budget FY 2025 of Dagami, Leyte amounting to Php217,258,034.23 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 series 2025, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2025 in the amount of Php1,001,033,903.18.
06. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Annual Budget FY 2025 of San Isidro, Leyte amounting to Php216,093,329.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-01 series 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS , by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 17, 2025, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) FY 2025 in the amount of Php494,218, 729.00.
07. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Annual Budget FY 2025 of Matag-ob, Leyte amounting to Php143,521,268.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 05, series 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS , by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 26, 2025, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) FY 2025 in the amount of Php2,086,155,727.01.
08. Presented for consideration is Resolution No. 2024-630 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the Province of Cotabato entitled: “RESOLUTION SUPPORTING RESOLUTION NO. 667 OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT (DBM) THROUGH SECRETARY AMENAH F. PANGANDAMAN TO RECONSIDER A CERTAIN PROVISION ENSHRINED IN DBM LOCAL CIRCULAR NO. 160 BY CHANGING THE RETROACTIVE EFFECT OF THE SALARY INCREASE OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES FROM AUGUST 02, 2024 TO JANUARY 1, 2024.”
09. Presented for consideration is a letter dated February 17, 2025 from Hon. Lucy Torres Gomez, expressing her appreciation and gratitude for the birthday greetings extended to her by the August body.
