01.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated April 22, 2026 dated from Ms. Agnes C. Rafon, PLUC, Chairperson and OIC-PPDC, endorsing to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the sets of documents  relative to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and Zoning Ordinance (ZO) for Planning Years 2018-2027 of the Municipality of Babatngon, Leyte  for approval and authentication of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

02.               Presented for consideration is a letter dated April 20, 2026 dated from Ms. Agnes C. Rafon, PLUC, Chairperson and OIC-PPDC, endorsing to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the sets of documents  relative to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and Zoning Ordinance (ZO) for Planning Years 2024-2034 of the Municipality of Hilongos, Leyte  for which were found to be incomplete based on the prescribed checklist hereto attached.

03.               Presented for consideration is a Resolution No. 2026-155 from the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte entitled: “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENTS TO MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2025-011 PER RECOMMENDATION UNDER UNDER SP RESOLUTION NO.  2026-728.”

04.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2025 of the Municipality of Dulag, Leyte amounting to Php8,367,923.55 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-11 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 02of the same amount. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 20, 2026.

05.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Jaro, Leyte amounting to Php22,939,520.04 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, Series of 2025 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 02 of the same amount. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 20, 2026.

06.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Jaro, Leyte amounting to Php9,119.000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 03, Series of 2025 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 03 CY 2025 in the amount of Php9,650,000.00. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS  by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 20, 2026.

07.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2026 of the Municipality of Tabontabon, Leyte amounting to Php116,226,855.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, Series of 2025 together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2026 in the amount of Php1,250,000,000.00. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 22, 2026.

08.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2025 of the Municipality of Abuyog, Leyte amounting to Php18,985,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2, Series of 2025. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 20, 2026.

09.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Bato, Leyte amounting to Php19,621,874.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-05 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 3 CY 2025 amounting to Php23,273,939.00. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April  21,  2026.

10.               Presented for consideration is MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 20, SERIES OF 2026 of the Municipality of Jaro, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE GRANT OF INCENTIVES TO ATHLETES AND COACHES FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF JARO, LEYTE WHO BRING HONOR BY QUALIFYING AND/OR WINNING IN LOCAL, REGIONAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL SPORTS COMPETITIONS, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd Indorsement dated April 10, 2026.

11.               Presented for consideration is  MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 21, SERIES OF 2026 of the Municipality of Jaro, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE COMPREHENSIVE SPORTS AND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JARO, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, PROVIDING FOR A SYSTEMATIC, INCLUSIVE, AND SUSTAINABLE SPORTS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, CREATING THE NECESSARY STRUCTURES AND OTHER PURPOSES.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd Indorsement dated April 10, 2026.
