15 Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 19-22-006 of Isabel, Leyte – “AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SALE, DISTRIBUTION AND USE OF FIRE CRACKERS AND OTHER PYROTECHNIC DEVICES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISABEL, LEYTE.” Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated February 21, 2023.
16 Presented for consideration is City Ordinance No. 01, S-2023 of Baybay City, Leyte – “AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THE SEAT OF GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF BAYBAY, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, PHILIPPINES, TO THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED 4-STOREY BUILDING AT THE GOVERNMENT CENTER AREA, BARANGAY GAAS, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CITY HALL OF THE CITY OF BAYBAY, LEYTE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 11 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991.” With comments/opinion from the Provincial Legal Office emphasizing on the absence of “Public Hearing” or attachment of the “Minutes of Public Hearing” on the above ordinance per 2nd indorsement dated February 16, 2023.
17 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2022 of Jaro, Leyte amounting to Php8,468,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 3 series 2022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 20, 2023, together with Supplemental AIP No. 3 series 2022 in the amount of Php8,468,000.00.
18 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 04 FY 2022 of Jaro, Leyte amounting to Php21,852,956.31 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 4 series 2022. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 20, 2023, together with Supplemental AIP No. 4 series 2022 in the amount of Php21,852,956.31.
19 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 05 FY 2022 of Burauen, Leyte amounting to Php4,266,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 22-06. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 23, 2023, together with Supplemental AIP No. 4 in the amount of Php6,537,500.00.
20 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 05 S.2022 of Hilongos, Leyte amounting to Php11,797,968.42 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-10-NS. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 21, 2023.
21 Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 6 CY 2022 of Hilongos, Leyte amounting to Php3,003,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-13-NS. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 23, 2023.
22 Presented for consideration is General Fund Annual Budget FY 2023 of Albuera, Leyte amounting to Php251,227,192.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-04. Recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 27, 2023, together with Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2023 in the amount of Php1,438,930,841.00.
