01.            Presented for consideration is a Verified Complaint by the Office of the Ombudsman Visayas for appropriate action, relative to the Case for Abuse of Authority under Sec. 60, par. 1 (e) of RA No. 7160, with Leah O. Empleo, et al, Complainants vs. Miguel Jorge P. Tan, Kananga Vice Mayor, et al, Respondents.

02.            Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2024 of Burauen, Leyte amounting to Php48,700,000.00 under Appropriation Ord. No. 2024-02. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated June 10, 2024, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 2 (SAIP) CY 2023 in the amount of Php100,947,974.40.

03.            Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2024 of Pastrana, Leyte amounting to Php34,639,616.30 under Appropriation Ord. No. 23, S. 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated June 11, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 01 CY 2024 in the amount of Php29,366,832.59.

04.            Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2024 of Tabontabon, Leyte amounting to Php20,912,229.85 under Appropriation Ord. No. 01, S. 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated June 11, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) CY 2024-01 in the amount of Php21,200,000.00.

05.            Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2024 of Inopacan, Leyte amounting to Php15,344,543.46 under Appropriation Ord. No. 01, S. 2024. Same is RETURNED WITHOUT REVIEW ACTION and without prejudice to its resubmission upon ADJUSTMENT or CORRECTION per findings by the Local Finance Committee in its review letter dated June 11, 2024.

06.            Presented for consideration is a letter dated June 14, 2024 from Punong Barangay Teresita S. Pialago of Barangay Cogon, Baybay City, Leyte requesting a Resolution Interposing “NO OBJECTION” on the utilization of Old Spanish Road situated in said barangay with an area of 93 sq. meter for upcoming Barangay project.

07.            Presented for consideration is a letter dated June 14, 2024 from Hon. Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla requesting authority to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Health – Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH-EV CHD) for the Acceptance of the Donation of a Mobile Primary Care Facility and Designation of the Leyte Provincial Hospital as the hospital where the Mobile Clinic will be attached.
