01. Presented for consideration is Municipal Resolution No. 2025-40 of Palo, Leyte entitled: “INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE REQUEST OF DAVE WALTER C. SY TO QUARRY OVER DESIGNATED CADASTRAL LOT NUMBER 10614, WITH CORRESPONDING TD/ARP NUMBER 08-30-0010-00518, LOCATED AT BARANGAY BARAYONG, THIS MUNICIPALITY, SUBJECT HOWEVER TO COMPLIANCE OF OTHER REQUIREMENT(S) THAT WILL BE IMPOSED BY OTHER CONCERNED GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.”

02. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 25-03 of Inopacan, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING AND CREATING SOME POSITIONS AND AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND STAFFING PATTERN OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF INOPACAN, LEYTE.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd Indorsement dated February 18, 2025.

03. Presented for consideration is a letter dated February 10, 2025 from Dr. Allan L. Laniba, Gen. Manager, LEYECO III, furnishing copies of the Order and Notice of Virtual Hearing relative to Joint Aplication filed by LEYECO III and Sual Power, Inc. (SPI) docketed as ERC Case No. 2025-003 RC, for Posting on SP Bulletin board and requesting Certificate of Posting.

04. Presented for consideration is a letter dated February 12, 2025 from Atty. Jannie Ann J. Dayandayan, General Manager, LEYECO V, furnishing ERC Order and Notice of Virtual Hearing relative to Power Supply Agreement between LEYECO V and SUAL Power Inc. under ERC CASE NO. 2025-004 RC., with a request for posting on SP Bulletin board of said Order and Notice of Virtual Hearing and issuance of a certification of posting.

05. Presented for consideration is a letter dated February 19, 2025 from Brenda Flores Ampolitod , Acting General Manager, LEYECO IV, furnishing copy of LEYECO IV and SOUTHWEST LUZON POWER GENERATION CORP. (SPLGC) Emergency Supply Agreement (EPSA), with request for issuance of copies of certifications.

06. Presented for consideration is the Request for Accreditation of BANAYAKAW FARMER’S & VENDORS ASSOCIATION of Brgy. Bukid, Barugo, Leyte with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government association.

07. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 4 CY 2024 of Babatngon, Leyte in the amount of Php5,855,383.45 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 482. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 19, 2025.

08. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2024 of Carigara, Leyte in the amount of Php10,772,750.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-219. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 20, 2025.

09. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2024 of San Isidro, Leyte in the amount of Php1,800,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-02 s. 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 17, 2025, together with 1^st Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) CY 2024 of the same amount.

10. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2024 of Julita, Leyte in the amount of Php8,939,818.76 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-12. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated February 20, 2025.

11. Presented for consideration is a letter dated February 21, 2025 from Hon. Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla submitting the updated local cultural inventory of the Province of Leyte as of Feb. 18, 2025 for approval and adoption. Further requesting endorsement of the Madonna of Japan to the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, as part of the Philippine Registry of Cultural Property (PRECUP) and the declaration as Heritage Zones of the provincial government of Leyte.

12. Presented for consideration is a letter dated February 13, 2025 from Hon. Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla submitting the updated, formulated, approved and endorsed documents by the PDRRM council to wit: a.) Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan (PDRRMP) CY 2025-2028 and b.)Province of Leyte Contingency Plan for earthquakes, for approval by the august body.

13. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of International Basketball Academy of the Philippines (IBAP) with office address at Legaspi Street, St. Michael, Palo, Leyte, with the Provincial Government of Leyte, as a Non-Government Organization.
