01. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 04 FY 2024 of Merida, Leyte amounting to Php998,346.49 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 05 series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 19, 2025, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) FY 2024 in the amount of Php1,808,346.49.
02. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 05 FY 2024 of Merida, Leyte amounting to Php5,535,290.92 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 26, 2025, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) FY 2024 in the amount of Php6,785,290.92.
03. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 06 FY 2024 of Merida, Leyte amounting to Php5,095,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 07 series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS , by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 28, 2025, together with FY 2024 Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) in the amount of Php7,892,000.00.
04. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 07 FY 2024 of Merida, Leyte amounting to Php2,797,000.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 08 series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated March 31, 2025, together with FY 2024 Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) in the amount of Php7,892,000.00.
05. Presented for consideration is the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2024 of Bato, Leyte amounting to Php11,240,064.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-08. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated April 3, 2025, together with Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 3 CY 2024 in the amount of Php18,842,630.00.
06. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 2025-04 of Tanauan, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING QUARTERLY BLOOD DONATION DRIVES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAUAN, LEYTE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated February 24, 2025.
07. Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 491 of Babatngon, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE GRANTING FRANCHISE TO MR. ORLY R. CASIDO TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A COCKPIT ARENA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BABATNGON, LEYTE”. Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated April 3, 2025.

Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 28 series of 2024 of Pastrana, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ON THE INTEGRATION OF BARANGAY CLEARANCE TO THE BUSINESS PERMITTING PROCESS (IBPLS)” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated February 24, 2025.
09. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 30 series of 2024 of Pastrana, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE MANDATING BUSINESS OPERATING WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF PASTRANA, LEYTE TO SECURE A PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE (PNP) CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY AND/OR CERTIFICATE DISTRIBUTORSHIP BEFORE MANUFACTURING, SELLING, USING, OR OF DISTRIBUTING PNP UNIFORMS, INSIGNIAS,AND OTHER ACCOUTREMENTS AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated February 24, 2025.
10. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 08 series of 2025 of MacArthur, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE REVOKING THE FRANCHISE GRANTED TO ALVIN D. OBAOB TO OPERATE COCKPIT ARENA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MACARTHUR, LEYTE AND DECLARE THE SAME VACANT AND OPEN FOR APPLICATION SUBJECT TO ALL LAWS, RULES, REGULATION AND ORDINANCE RELATED THERETO.” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd indorsement dated March 21, 2025.
11. Presented for consideration is a letter from Mr. Rene R. Leria of Macarthur, Leyte asking the August body to investigate the revocation of Ordinance No. 6 series of 2019 of Macarthur, Leyte. Attached is a copy of a Complaint for Annulment of Ordinance No. 8 series of 2025 filed before the RTC Branch 10 of Abuyog, Leyte.
12. Presented for consideration is an Endorsement dated March 31, 2025 from Mun. Mayor of Leyte, Leyte addressed to the Hon. Wilson S. Uy, submitting SB Resolution No. 093-24 of Leyte, Leyte, MDC Resolution No. 02 S 2024, updated Local Development Investment Plan CY 2023-2028 and CY 2024 Supplemental Investment Program No. 2, for appropriate action.
13. Presented for consideration is a Water Permit Application WPA NO. VIII-LEY-2024-11-066 filed by AQUALUZ WATER DISTRIBUTION SERVICES/Jonathan Maglasang Lucero located at Brgy.Libertad, Ormoc City, Leyte, with a request that said application be posted on the Bulletin board of the office.
14. Presented for consideration is a Water Permit Application WPA NO. VIII-LEY-2024-11-071 filed by NAMI BEACH RESORT/Roselyn Yoshio located at Brgy.San Jose, Dulag, Leyte, with a request that said application be posted on the Bulletin board of the office.
15. Presented for consideration is a Water Permit Application WPA NO. VIII-LEY-2024-11-073 filed by SBTD POULTRY FARM located at Brgy.Sta. Cruz, Jaro, Leyte, with a request that said application be posted on the Bulletin board of the office.
16. Presented for consideration is a Water Permit Application WPA NO. VIII-LEY-2024-11-074 filed by BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BRGY. SANTA ANA, LA PAZ, LEYTE located at Brgy.Santa Ana, La Paz, Leyte, with a request that said application be posted on the Bulletin board of the office.
