01. Presented for consideration is Resolution No. 2025-123 of the Municipality of MacArthur, Leyte expressing the full support of the Sangguniang Bayan of MacArthur, Leyte to the implementation of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Leyte Provincial Ordinance No. 2025-13 entitled, “AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE TRANSPORT OF QUARRY, SAND, GRAVEL, AND OTHER NATURAL RESOURCES WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”
02. Presented for consideration is a request for accreditation with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non-government organization of CAMODA MOTORCYCLE DRIVER ASSOCIATION with office address at Barangay Poblacion, Calubian, Leyte.
03. Presented for consideration is a request for accreditation with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non-government organization of ATABAY BROOM MAKER LIVELIHOOD ASSOCIATION with office address at Purok Bulgan, Barangay Atabay, Hilongos, Leyte.
04. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2025 of the Municipality of Capoocan, Leyte in the amount of Php6,376,470.74 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 16, Series of 2025 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 1 CY 2025 in the amount of Php59,619,836.11, Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 02 CY 2025 in the amount of Php16,989,275.76 and Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 04 CY 2025 in the amount of Php49,064,276.16.Same are recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review dated January 20, 2026.
06. Presented for consideration is a POSITION PAPER submitted by the petitioner, Municipality of MacArthur, Leyte relative to its Boundary dispute with Mayorga, Leyte.
07. Presented for consideration is MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2025-18 of the Municipality of Alangalang, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE GRANTING FREE CIVIL REGISTRATION SERVICES TO JUDGES, PROSECUTORS, POLICEMEN, PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS AND OTHER NATIONAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS STATIONED IN OR ASSIGNED TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALANGALANG, MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL, BARANGAY OFFICIALS AND BARANGAY SERVICES UNIT WORKERS, PROVIDING RULES THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated November 24, 2025.
08. Presented for consideration is MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 03, SERIES OF 2025 of the Municipality of Jaro, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE “PASIDUNGOG HA THREE (3) TERMER PUNONG BARANGAY” IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JARO, LEYTE RECOGNIZING THREE-TERMER PUNONG BARANGAYS FOR THEIR EXEMPLARY SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated October 28, 2025.
09. Presented for consideration is MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 24L.25-006, SERIES OF 2025 of the Municipality of Kananga, Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE BARANGAY COUNCILORS’ LEAGUE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KANANGA, LEYTE AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR.” Same is recommended for the declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office per 2nd Indorsement dated December 23, 2025.
10. Presented for consideration is a letter dated January 26, 2026 from Ms. Agnes C. Rafon, PLUC Chairperson and OIC-PPDC endorsing to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the sets of documents relative to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance for Planning Year 2019-2028 of the Municipality of Capoocan, Leyte for approval and ratification of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
