33. Presented for consideration is a letter dated September 4, 2025 from Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla forwarding the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 5 CY 2025 of the Provincial Government of Leyte for the enactment of an Appropriation Ordinance, in the amount of Php135,480,118.00.
