26. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2024 of Mahaplag, Leyte in the amount of Php10,242,448.00 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 24-010. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated September 23, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 3 CY 2024 in the same amount.
27. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2024 of Babatngon, Leyte in the amount of Php1,385,384.06 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 470. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated September 24, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 2 CY 2024 in the amount of Php17,000,000.00.
28. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 4 CY 2024 of Isabel, Leyte in the amount of Php14,046,430.51 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 04 Series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated September 25, 2024, together with a CERTIFICATION OF INCLUSION OF SUBJECT PPAs in the CY 2024 Annual Investment Program.
29. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2024 of Tabontabon, Leyte in the amount of Php4,554,365.86 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 Series of 2024. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated September 27, 2024, together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) 2024-02 in the amount of Php1,552,353.05.
31. Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of SAINT MICHAEL MAHAPLAG FARMERS ASSOCIATION, of Brgy. Malinao Mahaplag, Leyte, with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non-government organization.

Presented for consideration is a Resolution No. 2024-141 of Bato, Leyte, entitled: “EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE FOR A RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED RECLAMATION PROJECT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATO SITUATED IN BARANGAYS KALANGGAMAN, INIGUIHAN AND TINAGO INVOLVING A TOTAL AREA OF 186,633 SQUARE METERS”.
