11.               Presented for consideration is Ordinance No. 25-06,  of Inopacan, Leyte entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 3^RD WHEREAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 25-02 OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF INOPACAN, LEYTE DATED JANUARY 21, 2025 ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DISPENSING, SELLING, AND RESELLING OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS IN CONVENIENCE STORES, SARI-SARI STORES AND SIMILAR RETAIL OUTLETS WITHIN THE THE MUNICIPALITY OF INOPACAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF” Same is recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by The Provincial Legal Office per 2^nd indorsement dated  June 13, 2025.

12.               Presented for consideration is a a  letter dated July 11, 2025 from Corazon M. Alvero, Provincial Administrator referring a letter addressed to Provincial Governor Carlos Jericho L. Petilla from #Engr. Winston N. Solite, OIC, PENR Officer, Leyte, seeking endorsement from the Governor’s Office for the renewal of the Community-Based Forest Management Agreement (CBFM Agreement executed between DENR and Paraclete Integrated Agro-Forest Development Association (PIAFDA) that expired last December 18, 2024.

13.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2025 of Julita, Leyte in the amount of Php 9,340,083.00, under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-05. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated July 1, 2025.

14.               Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 FY 2025 of Leyte, Leyte in the amount of Php 6,950,603.46, under Appropriation Ordinance No. 002-25. Same is recommended for APPROVAL with CONDITIONS by the Local Finance Committee per review letter dated July 1, 2025, together with the Supplemental Investment Program No. 3 for CY 2025 in the amount of
Php 11,100,000.00.

15.               Presented for consideration is a request for re-Accreditation of Leyte Kalipayan Dance Troupe, Inc. with the Provincial Government of Leyte as a non government organization.

16.               Presented for consideration is a request for Accreditation of Sons and Daughters Encounter (SADE) Leyte Inc. as a non government organization.
