Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 2025-132 of the Municipality of Mayorga Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE RENAMING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT OF MAYORGA, LEYTE TO “MAYORGA PRIMARY CARE FACILITY’, PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR ITS OPERATION, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE”, Recommended for the declaration of its VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office in its 2nd indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
02. Presented for consideration is Municipal Ordinance No. 08 series of 2025 of the Municipality of Jaro Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING STRAY ANIMALS FROM ROAMING OR LOITERING IN PUBLIC PLACES WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JARO, LEYTE, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”, Recommended for its declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office in its 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
03. Presented for consideration is ORDINANCE NO. 2025-02 of the Municiplaity of Hindang Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE STRENGTHENING AND INSTITUTIONALIZING THE KADIWA TIENDA PROGRAM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINDANG, LEYTE AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR”, Recommended for its declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office in its 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
04. Presented for consideration is MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2025-03 of the Municipality of Hindang Leyte, entitled: “AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE LGU-OWNED FLOATING COTTAGE, PRESCRIBING FEES, CHARGES, AND REGULATORY GUIDELINES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”, Recommended for its declaration of VALIDITY by the Provincial Legal Office in its 2nd Indorsement dated November 17, 2025.
05. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2025 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-04 of the Municipality of San Miguel, Leyte amounting to Php8,200,000.00, together with the Supplemental Appropriation Program (AIP) No. 03 for CY 2025 with the same amount;
06. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 FY 2025 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 003-25 of the Municipality of Leyte, Leyte amounting to 7,758,957.18 together with Supplemental Investment Program (SIP) No. 4 in the amount of 39,000,000.00.
07. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 04 CY 2025 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-04 Series of 2025 of the Municipality of Tabango, Leyte amounting to Php2,621,664.00
08. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 05 CY 2025 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-05 Series of 2025 of the Municipality of Tabango, Leyte amounting to Php8,273,715.93
09. Presented for consideration is General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 6 CY 2025 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-06 Series of 2025 of the Municipality of Tabango, Leyte amounting to Php4,197,726.49.
